Hotel ini termasuk hotel yang bagus dan bersih untuk harga yang sesuai. Lokasi dekat perhentian bis dan dekat dengan ICC Jeju Staf hotel ramah dan berusaha membantu tamu. Namun kelemahannya staff kurang bisa bahasa Inggris dan tidak disediakan sikat gigi. Secara umum hotel sangat memuaskan.

My second stay at You Us. One of the two shower heads had an issue but the other one worked fine so it didn't matter. Clean, spacious, good location. I'd stay here again. Friendly staff, too.

For the price you pay, it is quite ok. The staff require (only) foreigners to show ID and copies it, which feels discriminatory (other hotels don't).

The hotel was just okay - very simple I'd say. Although the information book said we had complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush, they didn't have and we were told we had to buy our own (not much of a problem since we came with our own though). We were also given only one bathrobe, even though we had booked a room for 2 people. The bathrobe looked shabby and just was low-quality (not neat) tbh. Not entirely sure why but our room was not cleaned on our second day; our fridge was, however, restocked with bottled water which was good. It was cleaned the next day... Luckily, the hotel staff were kind, helpful and friendly. That's the only good thing I can really say about this hotel.

Paid for three travelers but room was designed for only TWO”
Paid a full price for three travelers but room was equipped with only two single mattresses. There was additional 10,000 Won fee for additional mattress. This hidden fee was not informed prior to trip. We do not appreciate. Hotel restaurant offered breakfast buffet for only 8000 Won, but we do no recommend. Size and selection of menu were very questionable... You get what you pay for. Room condition was different than Agoda picture, should have been improved by repairing. This place is operating for the group travelers instead of individual, I would not spend more than 45,000 Won per night.

The shower room has shampoo but no conditioner shower head is partially dirty shower room always wet and its right suddenly becomes off The other thing is very well, enough clean and hospitality
