The perfect base from which to explore Edinburgh.”

Lynn was there to meet us on our arrival and hand over the keys in person. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment and a run-down of the local amenities and the best options for getting into the centre of Edinburgh. It meant that she was able to answer any and all of our questions straight away and we were able to settle in really easy. We were in Edinburgh predominantly for work, but also had a couple of days to ourselves, and the apartment provided the perfect base for both. We chose it because it was a convenient 10 minute walk from where we were working, but it only took another 5 minutes to be on Princess Street from where you can easily walk to the Scottish National Gallery, Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile etc. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, so we were able to settle down and relax in an evening. The availability of the parking space with the apartment was also a major factor in our booking choice, and meant we were able to safely leave the car parked for the week. We would definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Edinburgh.

most comfortable apartment. excellent location. walkable to town centre but we chose to take a bus. apartment is well equipped with everything needed. Lynn is generous with supplies. Onsite parking is convenient and plentiful. lots of eateries just a short walk away. There is a Sainsbury and a 24hr Tesco as well.
the apartment we got was on the third floor. this may not be the best choice if you hv a lot of luggage to carry or if you have difficulty climbing stairs.

Lovely place, very comfortable and clean. Great for a short or long stay. Brilliant location for getting about with and without a vehicle. Bus routes nearby are frequent so you're never waiting long. Lovely host, couldn't be more helpful. I had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting my daughter who is a student in Edinburgh in order to pick up her and her belongings. The property was very close to her hall of residence. The property itself was spacious, very well equipped and the free parking proved extremely useful in helping her move. Basic groceries were provided when we arrived but there is a small Tesco and Sainsburys very close and lots of restaurants. Although we no longer have the need to stay in that exact location again, we will almost certainly try to stay in the property again when we visit Edinburgh.
We have no criticisms at all. This is not a criticism but the property is in a modern development.

This is an amazing accommodation and Lynn is a wonderful host. The flat has everything you need, is spotlessly clean, close to the centre and very quiet. My fiancee and I had 3 great nights' sleep. Lynn went out of her way to.make our stay comfortable and immediately got back to us when we had a small issue with the key. I cannot fault the accommodation and we will certainly come back. The flat also looks much better in person than in the photos.

Location, 15 min walk from old town. Quiet neighbourhood. Flat very nice, cosy and clean, perfect for a couple or 2 friends. Pretty spacious for 1 bed flat. Well equipped kitchen Super comfortable bed. Lovely and helpful owner. Private parking space Overall would be absolutely happy to stay again
There is no lift and the flat is on the 2nd floor. Didn’t bother us one bit but if you have a physical disability and unable to climb stairs then might be an issue.

Excellent location: 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Tesco) and an eatery (Italian). 15 minutes walk to the Holyrood, 30 minutes walk to the Royal Mile. The flat is very clean and cosy, good soundproof walls, has everything you need. The landlady is sweet and very organised.

It’s a fantastic location for exploring Edinburgh with the brilliant bonus of having a car park space as part of the booking. The apartment is beautifully appointed with all mod cons and if you have to stay in for a while because of the weather it’s a very comfortable space with WiFi and a Netflix Smart TV.

Fabulous stay”

This was the best equipped flat we have ever stayed in. The bed was so comfy; the bathroom towels were thick, fluffy and brilliant white and the kitchen essentials were a thoughtful addition. The location was perfect for us too as we parked the car and walked everywhere during our week’s stay.

LOVED the fact it had free parking and Lynn checked in on us throughout our stay. The apartment is full of all the amenities that you could want for a short self-catered break i.e. there were kitchen facilities with all utensils and some condiments and Lynn put a pint of milk in the fridge. We really appreciated that. There is a local Tesco express where we were able to get anything we needed, which we mainly used for supplies to make our own breakfast which was great! It allowed us to have a calm morning and leave at our own pace into the city, not the pace of our stomachs. The walk is about 15 minutes. Ample wardrobe space, extra pillows and blankets, leaflets for your stay and guide books. Really was great for our first time in Edinburgh.
The sofas are a little uncomfortable and potentially could do with an upgrade. If you don't plan on spending much time on them that's perfectly fine but i struggled with the depth of the sofa. I am pregnant so it probably wasn't helped by that. BUT i just pulled the sofa out into the sofa bed for more space. Very handy.
