The staff wasn't so friendly. I felt like he didn't really like his job. The location was okay. About 10 minutes walk to the famous stairs.

いまいちでした。”

お部屋は広くていいのですが、古いです。シーツ等は清潔ですが、上か下の部屋の家族ずれがうるさかったです。お料理もこれといったものがなく普通でした。温泉もまあまあです。

お風呂は良かったです。”

料理は残念でした。 美味しかったのは、味噌汁、お粥、エビチリソース（ソースのみ）牛乳、シシャモ、ナスとピーマンの味噌炒めでした。。 あとは、ほんとに残念でした。。 今後、日帰りで黄金の湯に行くことはあると思いますが、グランドホテルには泊まらないと思います。。 もう少し、料理に美味しさの工夫が必要だと思います。

すごく対応がいい旅館でした”

10人と大人数での宿泊でひた！急遽小さい子供がプラスになったのですが、良い対応をしていただけました！ 車椅子での利用もできたので助かりました！ お部屋もすごく広く綺麗でとても良かったです！ また利用させていただきたいと思います！

リーズナブル”

伊香保ゴルフ倶楽部のスタートが早かったので前泊しました。 早めの予約でお安く泊まる事ができ、客室も広くベッドもダブルだったので良かったです。 温泉は茶色のお湯で身体がとても温まりました。

小さい子供と一緒の旅”

価格はリーズナブルで、場所もメイン通りに面しており便利です。館内は築年数相応ですが、共用スペース・部屋とも広く、特に和室とベットルームが一室の部屋タイプでは小さい子供も喜んでいる様子でした。残念なのはフロントからエレベーターまで階段しかなく、多くの荷物とベビーカーを階段上まで運ばなければいけない点になります。大浴場については、黄金の湯の効能が良く、手荒れした皮膚が改善しました。価格に見合った宿泊施設と思います。また利用したいと思います。

安さはすごい”

とにかく値が安いので、それだけは素晴らしい。ただ、高級感などは当然望むものではないし、バイキングも戦いのような感じで落ち着いて食事するという感覚は皆無。大学生の旅行などにはいいと思う。
