Has been always stayed at new wing. Their hotel is always clean. Hot water functions very well. Bed is super comfy. TV works well but the screen playtime quality wasn't great. Only selected channels can be played. But that wouldn't be much of a deal. So far, it was a great stay. Thank you! ✨

Great First Experience”
Tried the new wing for the first time so a bit confused as it is at the other side of the actual Imperial Hotel where the mall is. Need to go to Basement Parking 1, and they have a section for hotel guests. Overall had a good stay for a night - hot water so important. Good view to the city below. Thank you Imperial.

The room is kind old style but cleanliness is their priority but comfortable to stay with young children. The hotel itself is connected to imperial mall and pemaisuri mall. The halal food is in walkable area from hotel. Happy to stay and looking foward for another visit next time!

The queue was very long during check in. I noticed that many travellers were not prepared or doesn't understand English well. Make sure you have your booking details and RM100 in cash during check in because they are going to keep that as deposit. Yes you can use cards to pay for deposit but we cannot rely on the internet connection here in Miri. Especially during long holidays. We are not ready to go fully cashless just yet. You also need to have your identity card/passport ready. If you parked at the hotel's basement, you will need to provide them with your vehicle's plat number as well. Before going out on your vehicle, make sure to have your parking ticket scanned at the counter. You don't have to queue for that, just show your ticket. Going up the elevator above the 5th floor, you need your hotel card. Just insert it on the card slot in the elevator and press the button where your room is at. Your card doesn't go beyond the level where your room is. For example, if your room is at level 7, you cannot go above that with your card. Always have your key card with you when going out. Even to the swimming pool or gym. Stayed for 2 nights. It was very pleasant. No unwanted noises or whatsoever.

Strategic place for an overnight stay - shopping, restaurants. The hotel was super clean and the facilities were great. We chose to include breakfast & paid RM18 for an extra person. Various selections of Asian & Western cuisine were served. Overall, super satisfied with the amazing accommodation & would come back for the next holiday 😍

The room was spacious and comfortable but the day we checked it, it was very busy and housekeeping did not get our rooms ready in time, which is understandable. Perhaps the management at imperial hotel can hire a few extra housekeepers during the busy season.

Exceptional”
We stayed 3D2N at the new wing. I took the superior wing with no window at 6th floor. It has no view but there is still a window overlooking a wall. I loved it since it has no noise from the road. We loved the breakfast and it has lots of varieties of food. The staff is polite. The room is clean. The hotel is inside the Permaisuri Shopping Center. I stayed here lots of time and it never dissapoint me.

Had to stay here due to water supply disruption at my housing area. I must say I had a pleasant stay. The room is big enough for a couple. Connected to mall so can go for shopping and cinema. Just a bit confusing on the old wing and new wing. Old wing and new wing is located at 2 separate building. Old wing is the big one while new wing is the one attached to the mall. Has different reception from old wing. If you book for new, you should park your car at the mall basement, go through the hotel entrance, take a lift to the lobby at level 4. If you travel by grab, can ask them to drop you at the entrance of the mall (near the bridge that connecting the two buildings). Or go straight to the entrance at starbucks. The lift to the lobby is just beside it.

Good value for Money”
This hotel is highly recommended as the facilities and cleanliness is top class. I enjoyed my stay for the space and comfort of their room. The only improvement feedback I would make is this hotel has OLD & NEW wing. For a first time traveller to Miri, this may not be evident and taxi/e-hailing drivers may not know which wing to send too. Suggest that the Listing are done at top of the page (i.e. Imperial Hotel - New Wing) rather that in the section "Type of Room". It was very confusing for me and walking from one end to another in the rain make it more unpleasant.

Best apartment where young and old children can freely resting while watching TV at living room. Also got kitchen for family with children. My children really happy staying there. For sure will stay again there with my family one day. Easy to access to shopping complex and dine in at any restaurant. Most important is money changer also available for convenience to change money.
