do not be affraid OFF Season Airport nearby”
We stayed in October 5 nights and the Airport nearby was no problem. Maybe in high season it may be little bit disrupting as the planes are loud.. The hotel besides the location is clean, nice staff, good breakfast, nice and clean pool area with lot of space and nature around in the whole areal

Great experience ”
The hotel is amazing, rooms located amongst the alleys of a beautiful Garden with flowers and palm trees. The swimming pool area are beautifully designed. The staff was beyond excellent, always there to help. Food in the restaurant was great. The hotel has got A private beach with longers. I would definitely recommend for couple or families. It’s very close to the airport but the airport it’s not a busy one so you can hear the planes landing/taking off only a few times during the day.

Imperial rocks and ticks all boxes that a comfort hotel can possibly tick!!!. Highly recommended! Hopefully the Sauna & Jazuzzi will soon re-open.

Great resort/spa but wrong location ”
The resort has a great pool, with a very well thought out layout, but they continually play Euro dance music that destroys the peaceful environment. To add to that the resort is literally right next to the airport so there is the regular noise of planes landing and taking off.

We use this hotel as a base”
This hotel is near the airport so we use it as a base and travel to other islands from it. For us , the location is excellent because it is very, very close to the airport -you can see and hear the planes land. This might be a problem for other users but like the fact that the area is otherwise very quiet. A lot of Santorini has been ruined because it is s touristy and busy. The hotel has a fantastic pool and the rooms are simple but nice. The most notable thing about this hotel is the staff who are exemplary. They are so helpful and friendly and for us, this is important because we are constantly booking taxis, car hire, ferries etc.

5 minutes drive from the airport”
Hotel is well located 5 minutes from the airport, private beach access, rooms are clean, modern and quiet with a private terrace. Restaurant has a limited but excellent menu, portion sizes are very generous. Staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Comfortable stay”
Wonderful and professional staff who always made us feel welcome and comfortable, especially Vasilas who was always there to greet us. Although the weather was not ideal, we enjoyed the views of the beach and pool. The breakfast is also very satisfying and plentiful. Very convenient location if you are planning to rent a car from the airport, although the hotel also has shuttles to the other towns for a nominal fee.

Exceptional”
We only stayed one night (due to having to catch an early flight). Even so, the staff were extremely friendly and helped organise pick up from ferry terminal and drop off to the airport in the early morning. The bar staff, also superb! Really looked after us. They are a credit to the hotel owners.

We had booked a luxury suite for 4 people. The hotel double booked the suite and then gave us two standard rooms instead which were quite apart from each other. We insisted on adjoining rooms but to no avail. The hotel is known to do this based on some of the past reviews I have been reading. The staff wasn't apologetic about it at all.

Terrible experience!!”
Terrible experience! Location : too far away from the airport. It looks very near to the airport in google map but actually far far away. Hotel didn’t provide any shuttle bus and we take taxi to get there costing €15 . Staff: staff is not friendly enough. The most unsatisfactory things is that the hotel transportation service is SUPER expensive, even far more expensive than calling taxi by ourselves. For example, call taxi by yourself from airport to hotel is €15, but hotel help us to call need €20. Transport fee from airport to Fira is around €1.8 per person for public transport, hotel request us to pay €4 if using the hotel shuttle. It’s unbeliveable!! I will alert my friends not to book this hotel if they go to Santorini. I will prefer to live near to Fira and Oia instead!
