Hotels with indoor pool in Hon Gai Port

"Amazing hotel! The view of the Bay from the room was mind-blowing. Also, great view from the pool and the restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I've been to many other 5-star resorts in Vietnam and this one takes the cake. A lot of the staff speaks English and they have a lot of westerners working around. They've got a very nice infinity pool with view of the Bay. The restaurant frankly was not too impressive. They had a great variety of food, a lot of different kinds of food in fact. However the taste and quality of the food didn't impress me, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as excellent as all the other things this resort has to offer. I blame it on the holidays, too many people were at the hotel during this festive weekend. They were still building the rooftop so I didn't have access to that yet. They have an awesome golf course with all the things you'd expect from a 5-star resort. The check-out process took quite a long time (again, do to this weekend being a holiday weekend.) I fully recommend this resort for couples or families, it was amazing."

"The refrigerator didn't work properly, and the hot water was cut off from time to time. My wife got a bruise on her nose when a frame on the wall fell while sleeping. Overall, it was the worst hotel I've ever been to."

"Excellent location for us because we want to eat local Vietnameses food. The Vitcom food center also has excellent Korean food with sashimi. Good view of the island. Staff Jenny speak very good English. We really enjoyed our easy here. Next time we hope to bring our family. For Halong Bay tour, it is about a fifteen minutes to the boarding port. Most hotel near the Halong Bay do not have much activities. This is the best of both world...go yo Halong Bay and enjoy the local Vietnam food and culture. "

"Couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. The room was amazing and clean. My boyfriend and I rented motobikes so getting places was not an issue. We had a room on the back side which had a view to the ocean and limestones. The staff was very nice and helpful. We have a translator app that became helpful. Remember you are in another country so to expect them to speak English is just plain ignorant. If your traveling be resourceful and don't rely on everyone to help you. I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. We only booked our room for 2 days to give us time to look around and see if we found something we liked better but we got lucky and found the best place. "
