Value for money”
I've read some reviews that this hotel is more a motel than a hotel. I agree that it has a motel part but they have a separate building for family rooms. The hotel is fairly new and it is clean. The bed did not give me a back pain. The sheets are also clean. Its about 3 - 4 kms from the city center but these was not traffic so it was an easy drive. They have a resto but their cook goes home. So what we did was ordered our breakfast in the afternoon as well as told them what time we want it prepared. Do not expect 5 star reception but for P1,400 a night, this hotel was worth it.

I made my booking on 23 April at 4pm in Sorsogon City n requested for upper floor but when I went to hotel room was on ground floor without refrigerator and small window and no restaurants,shops around hotel area bcoz it’s far away from city.I told to hotel reception lady I don’t like the room plz cancel my booking and she said no problem I will cancel the booking but inform Agoda,I have tried Agoda Philippines phone number but can’t contact then I sent u email massage but till to now I didn’t receive any email from Agoda,plz reply me and want Agoda return money to my Visa card account thanks Sijad Khan

Unusual arrangement”
Good for the most part, the WiFi was extremely slow and could only be accessed near the front desk. They could only take cash when we requested a 2nd room, so we had to use their deathly slow WiFi to book online. Good thing we only needed a place to sleep because not much around the hotel. The hotel seems to be setup for discreet romantic getaways, possibly hourly.

easy to locate via jeep at savemore. clean and spacious room, good service and nice staffs. strong Wifi at reception hall. quiet and peaceful surrounding, near to famous Paguriran Lagoon at Sawanga.

Incompetent”
For the price, it was relatively cheap. Not so good location, no restaurant or food establishment around. The place was newly built and it was clean, but the door-lock mechanism was faulty. Weak mobile signal in the area and no free wifi. Weak tv signal too. Towels, 500ml water and soap were the only things provided. We ordered around 8:25 pm (6:30 am-9:00 pm menu) but the chef has already left so instead we ordered drinks (bottled and canned). We called at around 6:45 am to order, but the cook wasnt yet around. The receptionist told us that rhe cook hasnt arrived due to long travel time from home. I suggest that their cook should be stay-in or they should change the time indicated in the menu for review if the cook cannot arrive on time.

Seemed more like a motel than a hotel”
PROS: Very basic and sufficient if you're on a budget. CONS: It seemed more like a motel than a hotel, not ideal for group of family. It's quite far from any interesting tourist spots. Photos looked better than in real life.
