My Favorite Place to Stay At in Iloilo”
This is my hotel of choice whenever my family and I stay in Iloilo for several days, may it be for business or leisure. The location is perfect: close to public transportation and right across SM City. The breakfast buffet spread is great; I also get the opportunity to treat some friends who join us for meals (extra pax breakfast rate of Php300/pax and a la carte meals/snacks are very reasonably priced). The microwave is also one of the amenities that you can hardly find in other hotels in Iloilo. Everyone in the staff is also very accommodating and helpful, and would do their best to anticipate your needs and requests. Kudos to everyone who ensures that we always have a great experience every time we stay at Injap!

I booked this hotel via Agoda and I got an amazing deal. ☺️ I booked a few minutes ago, we went directly to the hotel and its amazing that they entertained us right away without any hassle. Staffs are very friendly from security guard up to the reception area. Safety and security at its finest, because there is a certain elevator where you can‘t go up if you didn‘t swipe your key card. In short, if you are not a hotel guest, you can‘t go to the floors where the guest rooms are located. 😊 Rooms were clean and super comfy bed. They have also mini ref, electric kettle, big TV ✌🏻, microwave which we don‘t expect because we only booked a standard double room ☺️ And one great experience is their WIFI connection. Definitely would go back again ☺️

Booked Injap Hotel last minute because the hotel where I stayed said they cannot extend my stay since they are fully booked (will have a separate review). My flight was late in the evening and I needed a room to stay while waiting. Injap fit the need since it's centrally located near and price is not expensive. Service was quick and room is clean. What I liked most about Injap is the way they accommodated me after I learned that my flight was cancelled. I just had to call them if I could still get the room and within minutes they called me back and said the room is ready. Now that's world class service. Looking forward to staying in Injap in my next trip to Iloilo.

Great Service and Value for Money”
The staff are very responsive on our queries and requests even online and via sms. A lot of their personnel are very accommodating and helpful esp in making us feel comfortable. We didn't need to request them to help us, they really extend their help whenever they see fit. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, their services is by far the best. As for the rooms, they are not very spacious, but they are still comfortable and clean.

This place is awesome! The location, the room and the staff. It's more affordable using agoda app it's our first time in Iloilo and Injap was one of the best hotel you could book, accesible since its infront of SM Iloilo where you can find everything like Pasalubong (bong-bongs and biscocho house), souvenir Tshirt (Fiesta) and Ted's original batchoy. It's also near to Molo Jaro Church and Terminal like Molo Terminal going to Garin Farm and Miag-ao Church and Tagbak Terminal going to Gigantes Island tour. Since Injap using card to access your room even in elevator, we feel secured. Thank you INJAP! till next time!

Location is great for what I need. Close to the mall. Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel is clean. My only comment is the towel. They look like rags, very old and needs to be replaced. Breakfast buffet is great. I have a great time in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Should I go back to Iloilo, I'd stay here again! It is very close to the malls, hospitals, government offices, etc. I also had a good sleep. Room is clean, bed is spacious, room temperature is cold, with superb Wifi speed! Thank you for accommodating my mother and I, Injap Tower Hotel!

Love this hotel. Practically speaking, it's very affordable, the rooms are clean, the food taste really good and what stood out the most is the view on the 21st floor when you take your breakfast. The hotel staff are also friendly.

I was on the 20th floor and the view was amazing! The view was definitely the highlight of my stay. I loved the minimalist style of my room and especially enjoyed the full length mirror (so great for mirror selfies lol) I was super comfy and the internet connection was very good, although sometimes it gets disconnected (I was still able to stream Netflix). The staff were very helpful too, I appreciate that a lot. I also really like that SM mall is literally just across the street. The towels in my room though, they were a bit old and I think should be replaced like immediately lol Since their restaurant was closed they mentioned there will be a packed breakfast to be delivered to my room but I didn't get any. I didn't really mind it. There's a 7-11 in the ground floor so I bought breakfast there lol I saw in their Facebook page that there is supposed to be a sanitary kit in the rooms but there weren't any in mine, again, I didn't mind it that much since I have my own. I enjoyed my 2 days stay and am definitely coming back (They better have replaced those towels already!)

*Injap Restaurant. Prices are high. Servings are small. 👎 *Room 1414 Shower head fix/replace it. *Some bathrobes & towels are old & smells bad. *Safety vault, must put new AA batteries to operate. *Everything else are good & clean.

Best location”
In a new place, one must look for the best location. Indeed, Injap tower’s location suits our need. With SM Iloilo just in front of us also mean that transportation hubs are just near. I also like the fact that they had breakfast buffet that was just right, filling I must say. Their staffs are all nice too. :)
