The hotel was new, tidy and clean. Excellent customer services and couldn't be better. Great selection for the breakfast buffer and fantastic choice for dinner. Located in the city and is easy if u r driving. There are nearby parking facilities available.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff were all so polite, professional and helpful. The location is great, walking distance to centre and attractions. I would highly recommend this place.

Thought this hotel was excellent clean and tidy well positioned breakfast excellent only problem was restaurant first waiting fifteen minutes for table although I had booked then waited half an hour for starters lady did come and apologise

Low review due to some minor details ”
Not very informative key card didn’t work on the stair well to my floor phone for room service not connected so had to google number on phone a lot of confusion about the whole stay reception not very informative also

Clean Hotel but will not come back soon”
The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel reception staff were also nice. The odd part was the restaurant that serves dinner and breakfast. They are not part of the hotel. We had dinner included in our package and that was not the nirmal buffet dinner that other hotels have. It was a set menu or on ala cart basis with 25 pounds per person as the cap. Any amount beyond that needs to be paid for in addition. Very confusing and was not informed at the time of booking. So we felt to have been deceived here. The restaurant staff was terribly bad and had a very bad attitude towards us. So we are not coming back again to this hotel.

Stayed here before. Had a lovely experience then and had the same this time around. Definitely recommend! Room was lovely and clean, when we got there I had accidentally booked a twin room thinking I had booked a double the staff were quick to change this for me and gave us a double room with AND with a river view it was gorgeous! Cant wait to be back again and the food is great too!

Great weekend stay”
We travelled over for football match last weekend. The hotel is in quiet location but only 15 min walk to the city centre. Albert docks is close by too. We were on 8th floor and great views of the Mersey. Really great room, plenty of space. Hotel in general very cool 😎 very clean. Breakfast ok. Food in Gino's was ok too. Staff friendly and helpful. Would return.
