We stayed here over Christmas 2020, have stayed 2 times before. Its our favourite hotel in Doha. Faultless We got the lounge access this time... Very good service and facilities. The staff in the lounge were so good. We had special vegan food prepared for us! Amazing Will definitely go back Thank you

Great Hotel and wonderful staff”
I have booked three nights with my family from 2-5 August. My reservation was half- board with breakfast and dinner. The hotel was a little bit crowded but it is expected as no one was able to travel abroad this summer due to travel restrictions. The staff made our stay way easier and did their best to accommodate every request from our side. The set menu for the breakfast had many varieties, and the food taste was very good, yet the dinner menu had limited options and the taste was just ok. Yet the manager of the Coral sea restaurant did all he can to make it up for us and asked us if he can make anything we want especially for our likes. I would defiantly say that the best thing at the intercontinental in this busy vacation was the hotel staff Thank you

I asked them if I can have seaview room, they agreed and said there's a need to wait for 10 minutes and someone will call me, but 25 minutes had passed and no one call me yet. I followed it up and the front desk seems to have no idea that we were waiting. and it's almost 3:40 in the afternoon. We asked for water but nothing came , called again after almost 30 minutes and said they sent already, but nothing. Then again 15 minutes had passed finally it came. haaay. Breakfast buffet, the food selection is only bread, fruits, salads.... No rice No pasta...

Best staff; accommodating and welcoming, not discriminating (unlike our other hotel experience before where we experienced discrimination). Best eat/order all you can breakfast at the Coral restaurant. The waitresses Maricriz and Lakmali are the best. Facilities are clean and enjoyable. The hotel is a great way to experience a home away from home. We hope that this hotel Intercontinental Doha remains welcoming to all their guests regardless of race. Continue the welcoming atmosphere where discrimination has no room. More power to all of you, stay prosperous.
