Best Treat for Soul!”
Plans to get my much needed rest and recreation is found here! We have been to other resorts but nothing compares to Intercontinental Hotel. Impeccable service, special mention to Mark, our concierge who attended our arrival. He was spot on in every detail. Very nice ambience, clean rooms and facilities. Also free activities for hotel guests! Superb! Will be back!

This was our second stay after October 2020. It was wonderful experience. The staff were very approachable and helpful. Clean room and spacious The breakfast was superb. No value for money. Restaurants are overpriced. Surprisingly, prices are higher than Dubai ones... in addition to that, room service and restaurants menu is very poor. Some of the staff members are not helpful. But huge thanks to Jamol who tried to fix negative sides of our stay. Extremely professional, helpful and devoted to the company gentleman. But, dear management, you should definitely start changing things as Jamol is not always there;)

This is a gorgeous hotel. Room was always perfectly clean, the grounds immaculate, food was delicious. There is small museum across the road too. Not a single complaint.

Pleasant stay”
My husband and I had a really pleasant stay during the Eid holidays. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We felt that the rooms were over priced but it could be because we went during the Eid break. On arriving at the hotel we were told that our room was still not ready as it was being sanitized. We were then escorted to the all-day dining restaurant for a complimentary lunch. We have a very special diet (vegan & jain) but Chef Krishna was very happy to accommodate us. He prepared some lovely dishes for us and overall we happy with the food. We loved that the staff were thoughtful enough to allow us to dine at the club lounge even though we didn't have club rooms as it was more peaceful compared to the busy all day dining restaurant, NAMA. Unfortunately, we couldn't try out the Drift restaurant by the beach as the menu was not vegan friendly. My only recommendation to the team would be to include more vegan items on the menu especially dessert as there were none that were vegan. The beach is gorgeous though and we liked the architecture style of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to a friend but would suggest them to go during off-peak season.
