Recommendable”
This a newly renovated or "face lifted" hotel right in the heart of Subic. Loved the location of the hotel. If you like to walk or jog, it's the perfect start point to see more of the area. I wish the beds were more comfy and the hotel didn't charge for anything extra like towels, pillow, etc. Every request has a charge that kinda turns me off.

Fine time ”
Well it was a fine time for us staying at Interpark, the room is big, nice and clean, just that they are understaffed, we waited for almost 30mins. before our breakfast was served. The breakfast is also overpriced.

EVERYTHING WAS OK EXCEPT FOR THE SLEEPING PART”
Positives: - Great location, right next to Xtremely Xpresso resto, - Size of Jr. Suite was great with 2 queen size beds - loved the kiddie pool. it was big and shallow. just enough for my 2 and 5yo kids - big adults pool and both pools were clean Negatives: - bed was super hard - the split type aircon is in such a position wherein the air was blowing right at the head of the 2 queen beds. It was hard to sleep without the aircon on coz there's no other ventilation. and it was also hard to sleep with the aircon blowing at my head. there's no way to change the blower or we didn't know how. - there was a urine-like odour along the entrance of the kiddie pool. i could smell it the first night we used the pool and again the following morning. so maybe the staff didn't scrub the ground properly - didn't let us check in early even though i requested for it. they said they charge 200pesos per hour of early check-in - buffet breakfast would have been a lot nicer or what i would have expected normally but the plated breakfast was very tasty so it was good enough. Overall, it was a fun time for the kids mainly because of the pool and i loved the size of the room and beds so i will recommend this hotel to friends on a budget.

my 1st and last stay at the hotel. not a family oriented hotel”
we booked for a double deluxe room for this hotel. 2 queen size beds with a capacity of 4 adults they charged us extra 400 pesos since we are 3 adults. Not to mention that we already arrived at 11:30pm in the evening. The toilets are outdated even the lock of the restroom are malfunctioning. we even need to call the frontdesk at 1am in the morning to assist us because one of our companions was locked from the inside. Luckily its not my young children who was locked from the inside. There are no designated smoking area in the vicinity. hotel guest are smoking along the hallways of the hotel. very few choices for the breakfast. every special request has a cost, extra towel , toothpaste, toothbrush etc etc. Where in other hotels around the vicinity they offer it as part of their hotel service for free. they even have a list of charges for special request on pillows and towels the only good thing about this hotel is the filipino hotel staffs which are very friendly and accomodating. Been traveling to subic 5x in a year and so far this is the worsed hotel experience that we had.

For a one night stay, well accepted. The room was spacious and well appointed with facilities. didn't check the WiFi facility, and no information given, during check in. Breakfast offered was Spartan, no offering for accompanied children. Chilled water and coffee/ tea hot water had a strong chlorine aftertaste. (a common experience matching previous stays, in SBMA, at different hotels.

THE 5TH PERSON WILL BE REQUIRED TP PAY FOR EXTRA PERSON OR EXTRA BED. THE PAYMENT FOE EXTRA PERSON COVERS THE TOILETRIES AND BREAKFAST. THIS HOTEL CHARGES FOE EXTRA PERSON BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES. YOU WILL BUY THE TOWEL FOR ADDITIONAL 100 PESOS PER TOWEL. THEY WILL CHARGED ME EXTRA PERSONS SINCE WE ARE 4.. Our stay is good.. breakfast menu just have few option only. room was well arrange but the floor was dusty, bathroom is clean,the pool was clean. bathroom towels are expensive at a rate of 100 pesos. The hotel should provide different towels for the pool usage.

1 star service hotel”
We went as a family of four. 2 adults and 2 kids aged below 12 years old. The room we booked was a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, so the four of us can comfortably fit. But hotel insists we should pay P450 per person above 2. So we paid. P450 includes a very very simple breakfast. NO extra bed. NO towels (We have to pay additional P100 for every additional towels above the 2 already provided in the room). NO extra complimentary water. Very very disappointed for a 4 star hotel.

Overrated for a hotel standard”
We found the hotel overrated. We were expecting more from it. We were already appalled by its facade design and the "christmas lights" that outlined the structure as early as August. The pool area, though big, was laways filled with guests, so were not able to swim. The rooms were not very clean. There were some insects in the bath. Although the beds were large, the sheets were not that comfortable.

They have big pool for adults and cute pool for kids but the steps in the kid's pool is quite deceiving. They dont have bidet in their bathroom.
