The breakfast service was really slow and we had to pay 2£ for each baggage so they could look for them after our check out. Besides that, the space was clean and with a typical scotch ambience.

Staff is wonderful! Location beautiful near Botanic Gardens (free) but a bit outside the city center. Easy to get to via #8, 23 or 27 bus

Typical 3-Star Hotel with pleasant staff”
The standard double room was very small (we had to be inventive to stow our suitcases) and up two narrow flights of stairs. The breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. Fortunately, the bus stops nearby so getting into the center of Edinburgh is generally not a problem as long as the buses are on schedule. You can walk to Princes St. as well - it's about a 30-35 minute walk.

Good- nice quiet location, clean room & good service. The sheets were too small for the bed but the polite staff & service made up for it. I would recommend staying here to all sorts of travellers.

Un hotel muy familiar. Tenía lo habitual en los hoteles de esa categoría. A 20 minutos andando del centro y bien comunicado por autobús.En zona muy tranquila, al lado del jardín botánico. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien equipadas. No tiene ascensor, pero sólo tiene dos plantas. El salón del desayuno era encantador, y lo mejor del hotel, el personal que lo atiende.

L'appartement était très sale”
Lappartement était vraiment sale et froid. Il n'y avait pas de torchon pour nettoyer, la baignoire était pas lavée, des cheveux et autres jonchaient le sol! Et les duvets supplémentaires dans l'armoire étaient tâchés, entre de sang. Un sot plein d'eau sale était entreposé dans le réduit des affaires de nettoyage. Impossible de ce faire à manger avec du matériel de cuisine encore sale!!!!!!

Tolle Lage - ideal für Städtereise”
Das Hotel liegt recht zentral in Edinburgh und ist in einem Reihenhaus untergebracht. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas etwas älter und die von aussen nicht gleich auf den ersten Blick als Hotel zu erkennen. Die Inneneinrichtung hat einen typischen schottischen Charme und ist sehr gemütlich.
