irest cosmopolis locates near main road, it’s easy to find and near HaNoi international airport. it has 24/24 receiptionist, gym, free massa, very clean and a beautiful view, especially on 9th and top floor. i like it. btw, all rốm have kitchen and living room.

Ugly neighborhood!”

I travelled there for business and I needed sleep after a long day working. There's a new spa named BAMBOO right in front of the hotel that has parties, drinking, singing karaoke until 1-2AM every night. That was a horrible experience for me!

Neu & Sauber, aber laut ”

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte in einer Suite verbracht. Vorab baten wir um ein ruhiges Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke. Der Empfang war höflich, sprach allerdings kein Englisch. Die Suite war wunderschön und voll ausgestattet( Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Reiskocher, Kühlschrank, Wasserspender, Badewanne, Hightech Toilette). Leider wurde uns eine Suite im 3. Stock, direkt über der Straßenkreuzung, zugeteilt. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass man morgens ab 05:30 von lautem Gehupe immer wieder wach wurde. Dazu kam, dass unser Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufenthaltsraum der Putzfrauen lag und somit deren Gespräche ebenfalls ab 07:00 hörbar waren. Abgerundet wurde das Hörerlebnis von dem Haltegeräusch des Aufzugs. Die meisten Gäste hier gehen entweder sehr früh oder kommen sehr spät. Wenn dazu alle auf eine Etage gelegt werden, ist dies ein wenig suboptimal.
