"It was good. Nothing to rave about but good for the area. The town is a bit run-down and we did not enjoy the town much but drove to Ayre and enjoyed that area very much. Good food and a more comfortable area. The Menzies Irvine Hotel was a reasonable place to stay as a one night on the road kind of place but I would not book in for a longer stay."

"No issues identified. I would however suggest you put a mirror in the bedroom. We were in room number 3, so access to the back yard was a nice touch. Scored low on dining as no dining available at guest house."

"In all our stay was reasonably ok but upstairs the noise was very irritating and constant seemed like the person upstairs was constantly walking on a very creaky floorboards that would keep you awake all night and early hours of the morning so had a pretty rubbish sleep in the 2 days that we stayed there room was pretty modern but was more suitable for a hobbit then a fully grown couple there is no concierge or any people actually assuming to work there you pick up your own key that will be in the envelope under the stairs no water provided in rooms and cleaner came in and took the shoe boxes that we keep our shoes in that work wanted also there is no no shampoo and the towels are like the size of hand towels so be sure to bring your own"
