Short Visit”
We were looking for a with a hotel with a pool and this is the only one with a small pool in Santiago City that I came across. I think this is one reason why this hotel is almost always fully booked If you book only a few days before your planned stay. The room is clean, queen sized bed is comfortable to use, with Hot & Cold water. It has a restaurant and a bar. Parking is guarded and secured. Very reasonably priced with the amenities it offers. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating and attentive the minute we stepped into the hotel. There was a little glitch in the booking but they were able to resolve everything professionally and without hassle. The rooms were clean and inviting. The kids had a great at the pool. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Suggestion lang.. sana may antenna lalo sa mga inner rooms kasi wala talagan signal. Experience namin sa mga rooms na na booked namin. Kailangan pang lumabas para maka receive ng text messages. Yun lang naman but all in all superb! Very commendable

Zen Hotel is a highly recommended place. Staff were friendly and professional and excellent in providing good service to their customers. The only quite negative comment that I can give is phone signal is really low while the free Wi-fi is consistently getting disconnected.

My entire family loved our stay at Zen Hotel. The cheerful and abundant staff made us feel at home during this very special occasion. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant food is tasty and affordable . The kids are especially fond of the swimming pool . Many happy memories will stay with us and we are grateful.

I love the cleanliness of the place and the professionalism of the staff. The pool was not working but they offered us an alternative pool at their sister which is a big plus! We really enjoyed swimming there! the location is also awesome, in the middle of town nearby fastfoods and spas. The cable had all the channels we wished for. A big plus for a family traveller! Enjoyed out stay there!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was obviously a popular hotel with the locals and had a vibrant atmosphere. We were visiting Santiago for a wedding, so were out a lot. Staff were always welcoming of our many visitors, even the one with a big surfboard . . . It was quite noisy at weekends with functions and children in the pool area.

Food at the lobby was great, we stayed 4 days and eat there almost everyday. Staff were helpful, internet was not that good though - but you can request to restart the router every now and then :) definitely coming back.
