Best hotel to see Cat Island”
Booked it last minute and got the last room on the day and the value for money was great. The hotel feels retro semi fancy. The staff are super professional and polite. Especially Martin. It took me by surprise as I wasn’t expecting much from a hotel in a small town. Free breakfast and easy check in and out. Gotta be fast and catch that 9am ferry to Tashirojima

Great place to stay in Ishinomaki”
This hotel is a great, slightly retro, option for travellers staying in Ishinomaki, whether to tour the town itself or to get an early start to visit Tashirojima (cat island). The hotel is clean and convenient to the train station and Chuo port, and the staff are very friendly. The room tariff includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast (choice of Japanese or Western). A nice touch was the inner courtyard rock garden visible from our room window. Our room was quiet and comfortable albeit sparsely furnished. The only negative point was having to put a towel against the bottom of the room door to block out the light from the hallway that otherwise came in under the 1cm gap between the bottom of the door and the floor.

部屋に入った瞬間に汗臭いと思いましたが、窓を開けて消臭スプレーをまき散らしましたが、臭気に我慢が出来ず、フロントに連絡して部屋を変えて頂きました。 その際の対応は素早くありがたかったのですが、そのような臭気に清掃者は気が付かなかったのでしょうか？ フロントの方が部屋に来た際は長期滞在者がいたので‥ と言っていました。 何度も利用させて頂いていますが、このようなことが今までなかったので残念です。

お彼岸で横浜から来て利用しました。 ホテルのレストランは中華も日本食レストランも貸切で入れませんでした 外で食べようとしましたが、居酒屋しか空いてなく日曜日とのこともあって定休日。どこで飯食えって言うんだよ。怒怒怒 仕方なくホテルの喫茶でスパゲッティ。 和食も中華も席は空いてるじゃん！なぜ入れてくれないの？

古いけど、ソファーがあり寒くなく充分なサービスと朝食も良かったです。人が優しいから信頼できます。隣の寿司屋がとっても新鮮で良かったです。 スシローを食べてる私は、寿司が格段に良いって実感しました。

ホテルの歴史が長いせいで、施設の旧式さを感じることが多くあります。例えばベッドの宮にコンセントがなく、机から延長コードを借りて引っ張らないといけない。コンセントが一口しかない・・・。サービスの水が硬水であまり飲みたくない。朝食は悪くはないけど、マンネリ。 努力は感じます。是非頑張ってください。

駅から近く、ホテルの建物がすぐ見えたので、ナビなしでも行け、近くにコンビニもあり便利でした。 お部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの方も皆さんとても感じが良くて良かったです。 石巻に行く機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

前泊が普通のビジホでしたので、こちらに来たときには広々とした部屋でホッとしました。ホテル内にレストランも何軒かあり、コンビニも近くにあり便利なのですが、ちよっと駅から遠いですね。荷物が大きいとタクシー利用になります。
