The place is just near the warf to the famous Hundred Islands. The rooms are spacious, clean, and affordable. The hotel comes with a restaurant where good food is served. The parking lot is also spacious and secured and most of all the staff are courteous and attentive to the needs and requests of the guest. Most of all the hotel gives homey vibes.

The hotel is located just at the wharf where you can take the boat ride going to the hundred islands. The rooms are spacious, clean, and smell good. It gives a vibe of a homey feeling. The staffs are courteous and the food is superb.

We booked a deluxe room for a family of five and it is spacious. We love the place because its the only one with a pool, very delicious and affordable food, and very kind and friendly staff! The location is also great because its less than 5 minutes walk to the tourism office and other shops. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back and book the same place!

For a budget hotel, it is great. Food tastes great, rooms are spacious and clean, staff is welcoming. Some points for improvement though: - the door knob and faucet is a loose (but functioning) in our room - the hallway from the concierge/restaurant counter to the rooms in the 2nd floor should be covered as to prevent the floor from getting slippery especially when it rained - there should be some staff available even during sleeping hours, like 10pm onwards. I was supposed to request for a water pitcher around 10:30pm but the lights are off and no staff seemed to be around. Overall, a decent place to stay. Not too fancy though, just a comfortable place that is good for a quick stay.

I tried several restaurants in the area and wish I just just ate the hotel food every time. It was way better. Staff helpful and wish I could Have stayed longer. Due to typhoon 100 islands was closed so I left to Bolinao and the beaches there were to rough again because of weather. So I just left back to Manila.

The place is just right for travelers with the convenience of air conditioned room, comfortable bed, hot shower and big parking lot (don’t expect a hotel ambience). What’s amazing is their food prices which are definitely a bargain. A big platter of pancit costs P175 only but could feed 6-7 pax! A big bowl of hipon sinigang costs P250. Highly recommended!

The perfect place to stay in if you're going for a tour of the Hundred Islands. VERY accessible - just a stone's throw away from the tourism office and a 2-3 minute walk to the port. The food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. Ample parking space at the back; cleanliness impeccable. Highly recommended.

Perfect ang location. Paglabas mo ng hotel viola! Lucap wharf! The starting point of island hopping. Staff are also nice. They provided us a medium-sized boat for a small-sized boat amount cos dalawa lang kami. The boatman are our life savers when we accidentally dropped our action cam in the ocean though nakuha na ni bf nung nakahingi ako ng help sakanila but the eagerness to help was overwhelming. The staff are nice when we requested to change rooms kasi nasa ilalim kami ng kusina and rinig na rinig talaga namin from above. They agreed to transfer us without hesitation.

This is our first time with this hotel with my girlfriend. The room was clean. The staffs is accomodating. The free breakfast is also good! The location of hotel is no hassle because it is so neat at the Lucap Wharf. What a best experience! We really book here again!

Walking distance location from the port to the hundred island. Spacious parking. Use of swimming pool was until 10pm. Clean room and linens. Front desk/reception is on the 2nd floor, you have to take the stairs.

Reasonably priced rooms at a few steps from Hundred Islands boat pier. Cheaper than the adjacent Transient homes, the rooms are clean and come complete with hot water shower, cable TV, aircon, oversized bed with sofa, table and chairs. Nice, clean swimming pools outside and breakfast included. Highly recommended.

We liked the rooms. They're new and clean. The staff also lend us pillows w/o no additional charge. The location was great as well since it was right in front of the plaza and there were also nearby restaurants/carinderia surrounding the hotel.
