this is near to their local town" alaminos city", so you will not be hungry if you felt the food of the hotel is expensive cause out side the hotel have lots of fastfood chain... :)

great trip”
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. We are reserved to use 2 standard rooms. During our 2nd night at the hotel while we were at the pool, a staff approached us and told us that the water tank at building 1 where we were staying had a problem. They offered us to transfer to 1 superior room with already have 2 double beds. The good good thing with them is when I requested them if it is possible to give us 2 Superior room. They don't hesitate to agree with my request. Thanks to all the staff and managers of the Islandia Hotel. We really had a great time.

I've enjoyed better hotels”
There's not much too choose from in the way of accommodation in Alaminos. Lucap Wharf is scruffy and the hotels there look just as bad so Islandia seemed a good choice in comparison but in truth it's just very average. Sandwiched between adjacent properties, the murky swimming pool is uninviting, even more so when neighbouring bonfires are lit making the air smell worse than a jeepney terminal. The rooms are adequate though and a good sleep was had but my advice would be to either stay just the one night here if you're visiting the Hundred Islands or base yourself in Bolinao and travel over as it's only an hour away.

A Place to Stay When In Alaminos”
Accommodating front desk staff. They serve Alaminos' longganisa for brekky which I liked. They have a pool too at the back if you want to take a dip after exploring Hundred Islands. I suggest that they improve on their bedroom and bathroom fixtures at their main building because it is a bit old already. Lastly, I hope they get to fix the door and have a better door knob because there were times that we need to pull it harder to close it when leaving the room.

Good”
The stay was great, but needed some work with rooms. It's what you expect for the price staying in a province style hotel. Very near from the hundred island park. Close to everything except restaurants, you needed to take a car. Their hotel restaurant was delicious especially their sea food Kare kare.

average but over rated hotel”
the hotel was old. it needs renovation. the flush of the toilet bowl is broken. it has a pool but not usable since it looks dirty and noticed some frogs. the only good thing about this hotel is their staff and location. it is only good to stay here overnight, when you're going to hundred islands. since it is very near hundred islands. there are only a few hotels in alaminos. when you want nicer hotels, i recommend you better stay in dagupan.

One of the WORST”
Islandia Hotel, Alaminos, 100 Islands. ***** DISGUSTING*** Staying at this hotel was one of my WORST vacation experiences. + Bed sheets stained with dried blood + Bed very squeaky - could not move without waking the neighbor. + Lumpy pillows stuffed with rags + A FREE breakfast of 1/2 an egg, and dry rice + Bring your own soap - their soap is too small to use and smells bad + Shampoo was 1/2 of used, leftover tube. + Restaurant hot and uncomfortable - TOO CHEAP TO TURN ON AIRCON + Finally my main reason for choosing this hotel - the swimming pool - but it was CLOSED 100 Islands are beautiful and a great spot to vacation… Definitely worth visiting - BUT STAY AWAY FROM ISLANDIA HOTEL. If you want a swimming pool, clean sheets, try Northwood Hotel around the corner Marv Freeman USA

Ok, not more, not less”
Average in all respects, location was good for the town proper but a little way off for the 100 Islands which was why we were in Alaminos in the first place. We would most likely stay somewhere else next time.

More to enhance!”
The location is good since it is near the town proper where you can dine and shop though it is far from the hundred islands park. Room is okay with complete amenities like cabled tv, ac, hot and cold shower and quiet. The only problem that needs to enhance was the Staff performance. They are not trained how to welcome their guests and somewhat lack of smiles and proactiveness. Even their Manager is not that approachable and lack of people skills. Will never go back to the same hotel because of their people - their manager to be exact!

Good value for a budget hotel. ”
The location was good. It was near eating establishments and the Hundred Islands Park. Also very accessible. Room: Small rooms and no cable but this is okay given that we only really stayed overnight to experience the Hundred Islands tour and left for Baguio afterwards. Staff: Friendly and hospitable. Very personalized service. Food: Not amazing but filling. It was good food either way. The eating area is also nice. Overall, I would go back if I were to go again to the Hundred Islands with my family. Good value for your money!

Additional bed for child in each room was just a fold down 3" matress toilet paper roll was not full”
We rented 2 rooms. Obe room hadno remote control for old tv, and other was damaged, The whole place has lots of potential for 3 + star hotel, The lobby bathroom floor was very wet n dirty, tile very loose n cracked in lobby to one of buildings Internet did not reach strong enough to room I stayed in unless door was opened, the rooms are ver small for big n bulky bamboo furniture, other than that it was very cozy around pool Even though small but setting of whole place can do better. Employees were nice and could have been more helpful to avoid neighboring children playing around only small parking n water fountain. The breakfast was ok my order got was not done right hut got corrected nice setting g for breakfast..

Over price hotel”
We stayed at islandia hotel for visiting hundred island. Some hotel staff offering their providing tour. However when I ask the price, they don't know the price and even didn't show the price... The room is bit small and not clean enough. Considering the room and service, the price is too high.

Mediocre Hotel”
The room is clean, location is really convenient especially if you are planning to go to Hundred Islands (16mins. away). However the room temperature is bad. Overall the hotel is good.

old and dusty.”
I based my decission on booking this hotel based on the pictures you posted. Apparently, they were centuries old. Barely noticeable when you go there. The room given look cheaper than a motel with bamboo furnitures covered in dusts. Beside the bed was a small table with lamp that isn't working. An aircon that got birds nest, then there was this door that has their balcony over looking the restaurant roof and another building. We have to ask for toilet tissue, battery fo the remote that wasn't working and a rag. Their tv has 4 channels. The walls are filty and so was the ceiling. We booked on another Inn which wasva few steps from the Tourism Office of Hundred Island and it was just 2110 pesos with clean and complete amenities and well trained staffs. The staff in Islandia Hotel seems to be O.J.Ts. Thou they are accommodating they need more training.

Standard hotel”
Good enough if you will stay for couple of days. Nothing special so don't expect so much. There are mosquitoes inside the room. The staff are nice. The picture that they put online was not the same except the fountain in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean.

Close to Alaminos City. Not a recreational hotel”
Just a night stay hotel. Walking distance to the City proper. The city is dead at 8pm. No Night life around.

Forget it!”
We had two rooms, both don't have towels & toiletries. We had to walk to the other building to ask for these stuff which should be basic in a hotel. Since there was power outtage, they could have brought a pail of water in each room. There was none, so we had to walk back to the other building at the reception to ask for water to freshen up after a long trip, and pitchers of drinking water. You have to verbally ask the staff to give these to you! I bet if I did not specify pitcher of water with ice & some drinking glasses, they won't put ice, even when temp. outside is about 34C!
