Nice hotel, nice staff”
This hotel has a nice restaurant\coffee shop, and lovely areas outside to relax. It also has a lovely bakery in reception. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very helpful staff and remarkably good internet speed for Western Visayas, and bandwidth is much faster than any other hotel I have stayed in within Roxas City. The rooms are comfortable, and simple, with a nice powerful shower and basic air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room, but the coffee shop has a wide choice of drinks. I will be booking this hotel again upon my next visit.

Worth the cash”
We stayed for nights at Islands Hotel. I think it is the decent one for the price in Capiz. The location is not too far from the tourist destination. We arrived past the check in time and we were really exhausted from the trip from Iloilo City. I approached the receptionist nicely as I always am but I don't know he might not be in the mood. We could've used a smile that night but he was really masungit. Kuya bellboy was super nice and helpful though. The room was pretty small compared to other hotel rooms with the same rate. The T&B is also very small but both were very clean naman. I don't know what's with their aircon but this is the first hotel I stayed in na sobrang nagdry ang nose ko to the point na nagigising na ako. Anyway, the following day it is still the same receptionist and boy he's really not the nicest. Probably, you should train him for customer service. But other than that, wala naman akong major complain because the hotel is worth the price after all.

morning staff needs more orientation on customer relations, i guess. early check in considerations need to be enhanced. we were allowed for early check in but with pay which was ok, if i had not insisted the option was not offered. room was cmall and clean. ariconditioner was good.

The hotel is in a great location to access all of Roxas city. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent from the doorman to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location & friendly staff”
Located near Robinson's Place mall & the integrated (southbound) bus terminal and a bit more quite environment than in city center. Aside from the hotel resto, it has a cozy cafe in front offering delicious pastry products and an outdoor bar & dining area at night.

I would recommend this hotel to those who are on a budget PROs: Relatively close to Robinsons Roxas City Very accessible to means of transportation They have a nice lobby Budget-friendly Nice rooms They have a pool CONs: They have small rooms (for the Standard category) The floor needs some cleaning as it is so dusty The comfort room is moldy No breakfast Poor water supply on the 3rd floor A tiny bit unorganized, since they forgot our booking and told us on the day of our arrival that we dont have a booking while on the other hand, I verified our booking with them a week before our arrival. Well, you just get what you paid for.

just an overnight stay”
The room is so tiny, just a bed and a small tv. We stayed here because we were traveling to Carles, Iloilo the next day which is like less than 2 hrs away. Its a good value for your money with free breakfast. Wish they had put a small cabinet to put your clothes in.

Good place to stay overnight. The party on the roof deck was a little loud but we were too tired to care. The room is so small and there are no drawers or cabinets to put our clothes in.

Accessible to everything, all the staff are warm and courteous, food in the restaurant is excellent and cheap, clean room.. we can't ask for more!

My preferred hotel in Roxas”
Ideal hotel for me because its nearest to the workplace I visit 2 to 3 times a year. Its one of the newest hotel in town, so you can expect to see whiter sheets, shinier floors, tidier toilet and bath, etc. Although towels smell clean, it need replacements soon.

Budget hotel and you'll get what you pay for”
If you are on budget, this hotel is for you. Pretty basic and you have to pay if you want to use their swimming pool. Check-in staff is a bit indifferent.
