Nice quiet place which I prefer as a solo traveler Staff are kind and accomodating Unfortunately, the wifi is off at the time that I checked in till my check out, have to go downstairs just to do my internet schedule A bit far from the airport, and a also to the pueblo But if you are an adventurer...no hassle at all for all these bit of issues...accessible by jeeney and trike Water is not a problem in the rest room... I enjoyed my stay...

It's mostly quiet. The staff are friendly. The only downside is the location. There's an ongoing road construction that restricts passage from the other side of the road.

I had a confirmed reservation only to find out when I went there they gave it to someone else. The staff at the reception even blamed me that it’s because I checked in late. I told her that I did my part by notifying them before check in time that I’ll be late and even tried calling them, but no answer. Next time have a working phone number for your guests to call/inquire or do some due diligence on your part by calling your “confirmed” guests if they would still push with their reservation. They offered me an alternative by staying inside a transient which wasn’t even cleaned yet which I obviously refused. It was such a tiring experience given I just came from a long roadtrip and the fact that I even have to pay for a hefty taxi fare because the driver can’t locate them. I immediately had to book a hotel near the town after this experience of them wasting my time and effort.

After I booked the hotel 10 days before I arrive I received 3 e.mails from the hotel confirming my booking. One of the emails a few moments before my arrival. On my arrival they told me that I have no booking. After a heated debate they offer me a dirty room with no facilities at all. The staff lack courtesy and knowledge of English language. I dont recommend this hotel to any one.

They confirmed my booking three times before I arrived. But when I got there the woman behind the counter tried to tell me that my room was not available and I would need to take a more expensive deluxe room. I said no. I write hotel and accommodation reviews so this place won't get much business in the future

Great place to stay and quiet neighborhood”
The place was great! Airconditioner works fine, there's a shower and a bidet, and the best part is that they provide more pillows than the usual hotels/inns. They also serve in-house food, just ask for the menu at the reception. Downside is its inside a subdivision and is a bit far from tourist spots unless you know your way around commute but aside from that, its a great place. You also need to leave your room key at the reception if you are going out. Its a plus since you dont have to worry about losing your keys. They also offer room service and housekeeping. Cup noodles, instant coffee, soft drinks, and water can be bought at the reception too. The staff are also nice and very helpful. They even said to book directly to them to avoid payong "taxes" set by agoda hehe. Thank you for your hospitality and I'll definitely stay here again if given the chance :)
