Clean, tidy, quiet. Within 15-20 mins walking distance to city centre and shopping malls. But the streets were very dark at night for female to walk alone back to hotel. Be mindful.

Fantastic hotel with great location ”
The hotel room is clean and spacious, well maintained and great location, few mins walk to Cabot Circus Bristol mall, with nearby scenic views of the river. It’s easy to walk around and explore Bristol via walking from hotel.

Walkable distance but quiet at night to the city and train station. beware one of the bridge is closed even for pedestrian. Pleasant stay with clean room and standard buffet breakfast. Pricey on weekend.

The hotel is very new & modern. The room was clean, bed very comfy. Free wifi connection was good. The only down side is that no free parking for hotel guest.

Agoda put an incorrect room information”
Agoda put the room has 'shower and bathtub', however, the hotel told me that there are no rooms with a bathtub. If you are expecting a bathtub, you will be disappointed.

New good location hotel ”
Price now is good and a bargain . New and clean good location hotel . Except the reception ( male staff ) wasn't too service oriented and appear rude ( when asked for some advice on food etc ). Anyway I didn't bother much as I was pretty hungry & tired and just collected my key and headed for my room

Good for an overnight”
We stayed here for an overnight as we were due to fly out from Bristol airport the next day. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and the Cabot Circus shopping centre. The entrance was initially confusing to find as it is off the main st and there’s not much signage. The hotel is situated close to busy roads and is in a bit of a rough area. We left the hotel to go out in the early evening and there was a group of noisy males drinking on the street close to the hotel entrance which was a little uncomfortable for my young family. Inside the hotel it was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and we were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked in which was a nice touch. Our room was well equipped and very clean. The view was not great though as it was of the construction site next door however we weren’t disturbed by any noise. Unfortunately breakfast was a bit of a let down. The selection wasn’t as good compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The hot food was lukewarm, overcooked and dry and we found the croissants too hard eat. Overall it was good for an overnight.

My best option to stay in Bristol. The hotel is not inside the main town, but it is walkable to there within 15 minutes. Or by bus just 3-5 minutes. The hotel is perfect for everything. The staff is so friendly. The room is super clean , modern and tidy. I will definitely choose this if I visit Bristol in future again.

A comfortable stay!”
Our stay was very comfortable. The room was not very spacious so you might need to figure that out if you’ve got more than one big luggage. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi, fantastic gym and great location. Only downside is that the breakfast is exactly the same every single day, and when we asked the cleaners to clean the room, they didn’t. This happened 2 days in a row so our rooms were never cleaned during our stay. However, let that not deter you from booking this place as it’s a lovely modern looking hotel and we’d definitely come back again!

impressive hotel with brilliant staff”
we stayed for 2 days at the leonardo and it was a brilliant stay. the hotel staff were accomodating and friendly . the rooms were clean and pretty. not a thing to complain about,even the fast checkout was incredible
