Great value and a much more flexible experience than a hotel ”
This is located right in the centre and the rooms are clean tidy and up to date. Having a kitchen and multiple rooms makes it so much easier to check in, relax and get ready. I had a problem with the ironing board and they were quick to respond and provide a new one. Staff are really friendly and helpful. On site parking was useful and not too dis-similar to the cost of the local car parks. All in all it is my preference for comfort and value for money over the other overnight accommodation options in Bristol. Highly recommend this place.

I have stayed at Saco Bristol Broad Quay several times over the last few years, and always happy when I have an opportunity to return. Fantastic location - right in the heart of great bars, restaurants, food outlets and Bristol Hippodrome of course. The apartments are always clean and well equipped. A home away from home. I would like to give a special mention to Nathan and Jamie on the front desk. They gave me an exceptionally warm and courteous check in, asking me how my day had been and what I'd been doing. Then a seamless check out the next day. The only slight negative (and this is beyond Saco's control) is the noise from outside. I had a front facing room with balcony and it was impossible to sleep. In the end I put my headphones in and listened to a mediation. So make sure you bring earplugs, just in case!

A lovely presented room (studio) with thoughtful touches. Large and spacious, breakfast products in the room and the usual tea/coffee options. Sadly as with most places in Bristol city centre there is a lot of street noise.

First we booked for 1 night at Saco. But then we feel comfy about this aparthotel & the city of Bristol as well, so we decided to extend 1 more night & that was a good decision

Super comfortable apartment in fantastic central location”
We loved our 1 night stay at Saco Broad Quay and only wished it had been a longer trip. It was a real home away from home - so spacious and comfortable. Really appreciated the little extra touches like the L'Occitane toiletries, the ethical bamboo toilet rolls and the good quality tea/coffee/biscuit selection in the kitchen. The staff on reception are also extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for either a short or long break in the centre of Bristol. I would say the only downside is that the harbour area is a place for partying young people and they were audible into the early hours, however Saco thoughtfully provide ear plugs if this poses a problem. All in all a 4.5/5 star stay.

Studio apartment with everything. ”
This was our second stay at Saco in one week and it was almost as good as the first one. Only issue was with the clothes dryer not there in the washing machine options so had to dry them on the clothes rack. Rest all was perfect and would love to stay here whenever we visit again. Just wish the price was not that high.

One of the best places to stay in Bristol right in the heart of the city and it is just opposite the Ferry starting point. The staff here are really helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone staying in Bristol for even one night.

Everything perfect except check in time a ridiculously late 4pm especially when you see they charge for early check in and late checkout, so no excuse for the late check in time except to make more money. A part from that everything good.

Stayed here for 2 nights from 11 May. We had a very spacious apartment overlooking the quay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with well equipped kitchen. Supermarket 50 m away. Only small problem the morning we left lady at reception sent us to the wrong bus stop for our journey back to Bristol Airport.
