Very good”
Had a nice stay here. Room was nice but a little tight on space. There wasn't much room around the bed for extra or large luggage bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection to choose for breakfast. The hotel is about 1.5kms from the old quarter, very easy to get to and from the main tourist area. There is also a good massage place called Palm massage one street behind the hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the rooster waking us up at 5 each morning from the house next door.

Great hotel ”
Fantastic value hotel. The hotel was great. Excellent shower and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Television worked very well. Bed was really comfortable. We did not try the pool but it was there. Check in/out was smooth. The only downside is the location a little far from town, but they have free bikes for your use, or you can hire a moped. We walked, except when it rained, we used grab. Would 100% stay there again. One other issue is that there is a massive window from the bedroom into the bathroom. A lot of hotels do this now, not sure why you need a window into the bathroom?!? But as I said, it appears a lot of hotels now have this. Nothing says relaxation like reclining on the bed as you see your significant other straining to deal with constipation through the picture window. Like the other hotels, this one has a blind, but like others, it is often slightly transparent and never seems to quite fit around the edges. Anyway, as I said, a lot of hotels like to do this now, not just this one. Despite this, I would still stay there again. Staff were all lovely.

This is the first time we are traveling to hoi an , and ivy villa math our expectations very well , the location of the most tourist attractions are just nearby from ivy villa , beachs are also near by , fun part is , they provide bicycle free to ride around city to explore , also they provide vegetarian breakfast

Lovely! ”
Just fabulous!! Juice drink on arrival, with a chat on the places to go in hoian! Stayed 4 nights. The staff couldn't be any more accommodating! Breakfast included was fabulous! We ordered the night before, and they brought to your table in the morning. Juices, muesli, eggs, pancakes, fruit, toast, coffee and tea. Also had Asian options. The room was lovely with a balcony. Good size, clean and with English tv channels. Kettle and tea coffee in the room. They organised transfers and a #snorkelling trip for us too. Little bit out of town, but free pushbikes available. The pool was a good temperature and clean. They stored our luggage for us on the last day as we were catching the night train, allowed us to use a pool shower and towels to freshen up.

Location, cleanliness, rooms were great. The staff are all friendly and super helpful. Nam helped us with everything we needed: excursions, shuttles, suggestions for local things to see and do. Restaurant suggestions. He helped us send a package and laundry service. He went above and beyond and made our stay at Ivy Villa really special.

Close to tourist attractions in Hoi An”
It took about 20 minutes to bike from the hotel to the kayaking area. Free bikes to borrow and a wide selection of delicious breakfast options. The best part was the excellent service from the staff, especially Nam Do, who provided great assistance and information for traveling in Vietnam and even helped us book a car. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Khách sạn ko lớn lắm nhưng nhân viên lễ Tân siêu nhiệt tình. Ba mẹ con mình đến sớm, bạn lễ tân hướng dẫn m địa điểm đi chơi, ăn uống ở phố cổ, xin số đt để có phòng sớm sẽ gọi điện cho m check in sớm. Ăn sáng cực kỳ Oki nhé mọi người. Túm lại lê la Hội An m thấy có khá nhiều ks ở gần phố cổ nhưng nếu quay lại, nhất định m sẽ trở lại Ivy. Đánh giá 100đ cho nv lễ Tân ở đây
