The staff at reception and restaurant are very very nice, even though their english communications is not good, their service are sincere and polite. Their smiling face makes you comfort and warm. Onsen is good enough to let you have relaxing moment. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Private Onsen”
We stayed for 2 nights in 2 different rooms, each had a traditional blend with the modern design. The outdoor onsen was the perfect remedy after a long day of walking down the 7 Waterfalls Track.. The traditional gardens are beautiful and the service is exceptional. On arrival we were given traditional garments to help with the relaxation process. The only problem we had was both wife and I are vegan and in this part of the world there are no vegan restaurants yet. Still a good value for money.

Big Room with private open air hot spring. Dinner and breakfast were great. The staff were nice and few of them can communicate well in English. The room was clean. I only used my private hot spring during my stay. My kids love it so much.

What a wonderful experience! The essence of "Omotenashi" ”
My partner and I stayed in this lovely Ryokan for 1 night, and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The incredible hospitality started when we got on the shuttle van that picked us from the station. We got picked up by Ms. Watanabe who welcomed us with hot tea and warm towels in the van which felt perfect in the cold February weather. Once we got to the Ryokan we were welcomed by incredibly kind staff members and quickly completed our check in. We were taken to our beautiful room, equipped with an unbelievable private rock hot bath. The room was flawless, three air conditioners in each space kept the room nice and warm, and everything was tidy and comfortable. They really though of every small details to make our stay memorable! We decided to have dinner at the Ryokan, and we were SO happy we did! I am vegetarian, so I had some concerns, but lovely Ms. Ito and the rest of the staff made sure I'll have one of the best and most fulfilling meals I ever had in Japan! 10/10 experience!

Lovely Japanese garden setting, room with private onsen, great food”
This onsen ryokan really blew us away with its beautiful japanese garden setting. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, polite and thoughtful. It is truly the experience of a japanese high end ryokan. The room we stayed had a private outdoor hot spring bath, the room itself was huge, had a living area as well as western twin beds. There was also a small garden outside the living room. The public hot spring bath was amazing, both indoor and outdoor, i thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Not to mention the Japanese meal which was fantastic as well. Lastly about the location, we rented a car so it was very convenient. The best thing about it is that its right next to the panorama park which has AMAZING views of mount fuji. Definitely a must visit place on your next trip to Izu.

Excellent hospitality and customer-centric services”
All rooms are in duplexes set out in a very beautifully landscaped Japanese garden. Wonderful Japanese fine dining with 9-course set dinner in private partitioned space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint was the breakdown of hot water shower in the bathroom although it was summer time. Didn't expect the management would upgrade us to another room with a private onsen for the remaining nights! We will surely recommend this hotel.

Relaxing Ryokan with nice staff ”
The best is outside 檜 hot spring in our room. It’s huge and super relaxing! I wanna try public hotspring but I couldn’t leave my room. When we check in the room was already warm up even bathroom. Dinner was nice but not so special. We couldn’t accept the raw beef. I think they can do better in cuisine.

Lovely resort, friendly staff, beautiful onsen”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The children loved the onsen. Staff were very friendly and helpful even they didn’t speak fluent English. The service was excellent. Beautiful Japanese garden onsite. My 6 yrs old daughter said this is the best hotel she has stayed so far.

very nice stay, a taditional japanese style resort with a brilliant garden. My room was an independent house with separated bedroom and bathroom, which had a surprisingly charming spring water pool outside in a private garden.
