although the place is very hided because of construction but it still okay. parking is very limited but then the worker very friendly and help us to park our car. the process for check in and check out very fast. the food is good im shock. so it’s very affordable and great to stay for 1-2 days for couple.

Strategic location and comfy”
Bukit Bintang area is the best area to stay in KL. This hotel is just a walking distance from the Pavillion mall. Many great restaurants in this area and nice neighbourhood for a morning walk. The room is small but clean, bed is comfy and they provide basic amenities like tooth brush, shower cap, cotton pads, soap, etc. The fridge is very tiny, can only fit 6 cans. The TV is not a smart TV and only have local TV channels, the wifi is working just fine. Overall, I had a great stay here.

Great hotel near Bukit Binang”
We had a great stay. For the price we paid we were very happy. Room was quite small but manageable. On the first day we left our room at 11am left the clean room light on and when we returned at 16:30/17:00 room had not been cleaned. This needs sorting

location quite shady because of the construction. my room quite big in my opinion, so need to do quite a walk everytime want to go to toilet. Other than that, everything great. comfy bed and clean toilet.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. ”
Pros: -It’s a short walk from Bukit Bintang and lots of shops. -The staff were very helpful and polite. -The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was clean. -The location is great but my grab driver had trouble finding it. -The breakfast was so-so but it was cheap (RM18) so I can’t complain. -Late checkout time Cons: -It’s supposed to be a new hotel but the walls are cracked. I think the builders rushed it as there are paint splatters in the bathroom, badly painted doors and other design issues. I think the hotel should complain to their contractors as it doesn’t live up to the standard of Dorsett hotels. -Also there are 2 street/stray dogs in the area which may be off-putting for people who are afraid of dogs. Overall, I recommend this hotel to people. Especially people who want to shop and stay around the Bukit Bintang area but don’t want the noise.

When the taxi dropped us infront of the lobby, i was so disappointed. the hotel looks like a boarding house.. nothing much to say for the front look. but when i entered the lobby, i feel much better.. it is a simple clean and neat lobby.. im surprise to see the room.. clean, spacious and very comfortable also for the breakfast, not much variant but all of it taste amazingly good! i never expect that i would give a full score for this hotel.. and i'll surely stay in this hotel for my next visit... oopss! i also like the bathroomm... extremely clean and the showers are very nice

The rooms were over my expectations! The pros consist of the availability of hair dryer, clean bedsheets and linens, big shower area, modern fun furnishing, easy check-in and check-out, helpful and friendly staffs and near proximity to Pavillion the shopping heaven. The improvements required are sound isolation from other room's door slamming shut and brightening of the walkway towards the main road which can feel creepy when walking at night. Overall, this hotel gives me a great vibe and I will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed my stay, but annoyed at check out. Felt like being scammed”
Pros: - Excellent value for money - Clean room & good facilities, exactly as pictured - Good location, within walking distance to Bukit Bintang area & Pavillion - Shuttlebus service available to drop us off nearer to the shopping area - Friendly and courteous front staff - Was attending a wedding dinner with a friend nearby and the staff was kind enough to take a slight detour from the regular shuttle route to drop us off at the restaurant as it was raining. We were immensely grateful for their help Cons: - Was shocked that upon check out, I was charged a RM10 tourist tax. I said that I am a Malaysian, which as far as I am aware of should be exempted from the tourist tax. The front staff that processed my check out just replied that all guest of the hotel will be charged a tourist tax. As I was in a hurry to check out, I couldn't be bothered to dispute the charges and just left. It was not worth my time to argue for this small amount but I felt annoyed and felt like I was being scammed

We stayed for 3 night at J hotel... J hotel is clean, but the room is quite small, but its no problem for us... From J hotel to pavilion, we walked about 5-8 minutes.. Recommend this hotel. We'll come back...

First time staying in this hotel. Stayed during New Year weekend when rooms in other Bukit Bintang hotels hiked up to over thousand per night. Superior double room is just adequate for the both of us. Sound proof in the room not so great due to the narrow corridor. The distance between the doors of each room are quite close. Housekeeping did not discard toiletries of previous guest, hence was abit doubtful if the room was properly cleaned. Otherwise, the hotel is a good choice if you do not want to spend so much on accommodation.
