    Honestly this hotel is too expensive for a very bad quality. More expensive than Nicanor Hotel for something witch look like a bad indian hotel. Good for nobody. Even with -60% discount, this hotel would stay horrible

    I made a reservation in agoda for 2 double rooms,when i came they didnt have 2 rooms only 1 family room.for them reservations are jokes. no hot water in shower. no wifi in rooms. very weak water stream in shower. awful place........STAY AWAY !!!

    Good location for ferry port and boulevard, however the room was extremley dated, unclean, full of ants and missing a mirror, toilet seat and shower head! We slept in our own sleeping bags!

    Very accessible with helpful staff”

    It is walking distance to key places in Dumaguete like: seaport tp Siquijor, Silliman U, Rizal Blvd, Sans Rival, etc. Ceres bus also passby in front of the bldg so it's easy to go to neighboring towns.
