Thoughtful and warm :-)”
I am with my 2 year old kid last Feb 22 when i checked in. I requested early check in to give my son rest after coming from airport early that day. I was assisted with care and the person at the reception expedited the room cleaning to be able to accommodate my request. While at the lobby, my kid broke one of the glass container of a plant decoration. At first i offered to pay for the damage but i was surprised upon check out when the reception notified me that the owner waived the damages! I am so thankful not only because of the savings but the gesture by the property owner to relate to dilemma of handling a very active toddler like my son :-) Will definitely be back, hopefully not for my son to damage more but to enjoy the hospitality of this hotel in Iloilo. Great stay at J7”
First time in Iloilo and we chose the 7 for the value and location. It’s in the new area of Diversion road(down a side street) across from SM City Iloilo. Cabs are easily accessible from hotel or you can catch a Jeepney. We took a cab to the port area to go to Guimaras and 2 Jeepneys back. From the hotel it is a 25-30 minute walk to the Esplanade. The boardwalk area is there (small) with a few restaurants. We ate at Punot. We loved the hotel but our room was small which may not work for some people. They have a nice restaurant with good food. The staff was great, very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again. If you get a chance definitely go to Tatoys by the beach. Great fresh fish!!

We had a good stay here. The room is clean and spacious. They overbooked the rooms that we reserved via Agoda but they upgraded our room from standard to deluxe just to honor our booking. Props to the staff of this hotel. Will surely comeback here should we be in the city again.

Great for the backpacker”
The room is tiny. Tinier than smallville21, for a higher price. Horrible view outside; walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours talking, and their TVs; and there are roosters that will wake you up early in the morning. There are no drawers to put your stuff in, and no coat hangers to hang your clothes. The free breakfast is buffet with choices limited. That said, they offer complimentary water and coffee restocked daily; toiletries and hygiene kits; air conditioned room; very comfortable and clean bed and pillows; and a safe inside the room. The breakfast tasted great even though you had limited choices. This hotel is ideal for the person who would only stay inside not for the luxurious comfort, but as a place to sleep after a good exploration of the city. The hotel is conveniently located close to SM mall where you have easy access to all modes of transportation. I would recommend and stay here again.
