"My wife and I booked this cruise a day before and it exceeded all our expectations. The cruise staff were extremely polite and friendly. Ha and Huan did a very good job accommodating all our needs, guide Pham also took great care of us and all that was done with a hit of humor. Chef made lovely vegan food for us and at no point we felt like we were missing out - taro cakes and curry were out of this world. The facilities are super fresh and trust me you want to spend some time in that bath just relaxing and enjoying the amazing view. Would book again!"

"The room is apacious, luxuary, comfortable with very nice balcony that offers panoramic sea view. We enjoyed delicious food and high quality of services in all aspects. I have to mention that Ms Chee has provided valuable information and assistance very well from the start of booking the cruise. All such made our trip to Ha Long Bay wonderful and unforgetable. "Stayed for 1 night after exploring Halong Bay. Nothing much to do on the island. Hotel organised some tours but price is on the high side. Would not recommend for long stay since there’s nothing much to do. No Uber & limited grab driver. Mainly by taxi if wanna travel to Halong City. Hotel - Hotel is new with nice room. The best on the island. - 5-10 minutes walk to the pier/ harbour - nearby restaurant 1958 is decent & affordable - breakfast is decent but not impressive - can use the bikes for free but there’s nothing much to explore in Tuan Chau island. Everywhere is under construction. Many hotels with no entertainment establishments. Staff - generally friendly - some are not as professional as others "

"I spent a good solid 2 months researching and trying to find the best Ha Long Cruise for me. I was looking for reviews of great food on board, a cabin with a balcony (preferably with a bed facing out to the window), an itinerary with a mix of activities and some down time (more of a chill experience rather than a party boat). My ideal would have also been to see Bai Tu Long Bay but onboard experience had more of a priority for me. Overall, Alisa Premier definitely delivered and more. It definitely had a luxury feel to it and the staff were very friendly. I booked through Agoda but had assistance from Ms Nancy who helped me with payment and booking the luxury coach to Ha Long from Hanoi. She also came to thank me at the end of my trip which was super lovely!"
