Highly NOT recommended”

Confusing 3-star rated,maybe is rated 3-star for having swimming pool. On website showing location in Taiping town, but actually is at Kamunting. Didn’t highlight that this is not a Hotel, but is Service Apartment, there is always no people at reception counter. I booked 2 rooms. Ground floor considered ok though some spider webs at some walls, but third floor is really awful, need to clean the room by ourselves. No water kettle, no shower and hair shampoo, air-cond is not functioning. Both rooms without toilet rolls. The only credit is the clean public swimming pool, and the venue is surrounding with beautiful mountain and cold fogging.

Bad maintenance, uncontrolled parking spaces caused some cars being parked at improper places, surroundings looked old and dirty, not worth the amount we paid to stay there.
