Over-all the location is good right in the middle of downtown Bacolod City...Free WIFI is great....I just hope the owner will try to replace the rusting faucets and pipelines...and repair the shower...

I just needed to leave my bags for overnight. I didn't sleep here but I did rest for an hour or two. Aircon is well and functioning. Room is spacious and okay but it obviously need repairs here and there. I encountered a small rat in the bathroom and later on a roach on the floor of the room. Maybe the other rooms are better than what I had?????

when your in a tight budget and just need a sleep over bed. this is good. but if your an fussy. this place definitely not for you environmeny (creepy, old building) room space was big enough for solo all in all its a creepy room for me 😂 staff was nice 🤓 room price was nice also for overnight

The place is strategically located in the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the place sadly lacks maintenance. The hallways are dirty, the elevators are non operational, the drains are clogged, some rooms smell badly.

It is to report our booking at java pension last november 12 2019 I havent received any confirmation that they cannot accommodate our booking for today since their building was burnt last february 8 2020 in line with this we are not able to utilize it and I am requesting for the full refund. Toilet looks hasn't been cleaned for ages. Water from the faucet is brownish, We haven't tried to take a bath on their toiler. We transfer to other hotel the following day.

Rooms weren't cleaned, trash was full, cockroaches all over and even on the bed. The bedsheets were disgusting and dirty. The bathroom was awful smelly and stinky.

I don't recommend this pension house. The room was spacious but it's very dirty. The CR is awful with cockroaches roaming around. It could have been okay if it's clean. The hallway is creepy. I really thought of not staying the night there but it was raining so hard.

Place was near downtown. Hard to find and you have to look for the name carefully as you are passing. If we were not using Waze we would not have known we arrived. As we were going up to the place, it looked dirty and smelled already. The receptionist did not look professional although he was friendly and said that we could check out the rooms first as we were having second thoughts about staying the night. We checked out the rooms and they did not look like they did on the photos. The place was dark and low lighted in the room. I know it was cheap and that’s probably the value for money but I stayed in cheaper rooms in Manila but they did not look like the ones here. No pictures of the bathroom was shown but it did not look clean. We booked 2 rooms as we were on a family trip and wanted to stay overnight and head back to Iloilo next day. We decided not to stay there and leave but my uncle, his wife and mother in law (all senior citizens) were tired and bunkered for the night. Me and the rest left and looked for another place to stay the night which happened to be just within walking distance. 1 room was not used at all but we decided to just leave it as it was non refundable. More photos should have been posted with regards to the facilities. I’ve booked with agoda a lot of times already for the same priced rooms and those I rebooked on another stay. But this one, I would definitely stay out of.

There are hotels with the same tariff rates but are way better off than this pension house. Kadiri talaga to! Maski palitan lang sana yung mga gripo, sobrang luma na. clogged ang floor ng CR. sobrang dumi ng floor tiles. sira ang balde, at yung tabo, andumi-dumi.

Creepy place”
Upon arrival u can see at the entrance some bystanders. Place is old and elevator is not available. Climbing the second floor is like yout climbing double of it. Airconditioned unit is old and dirty. Place have small cockroaches and floor is like its not being sweeped.
