1. perfect for people who is afraid of traffic and being late at NAIA T3 (walking distance only). 2. perfect for people on a tight budget. 3. lots of turo2x food stalls outside. but there's also a McDonalds outside the village. 4. only P13 jeepney fare to baclaran church or taft-mrt/lrt.

Location is walking distance to NAIA Terminal 3. Many local and international restaurants in the area. Safe and budget friendly. None aircon room but it's worth every penny. Will check in again.

want to sleep a night for a tired day and have an early flight highly recomment this hoteL it is a walking distance form the airport naia t3 and near fastfood grocery, etc. the hotel offer free cold and hot water.

It's smelled”

Toilets was outside, the room smelled very weird. There was a small fan, door was not possible to locked up. Very disappointed.... no money return while checked out into few hours. The decision was easy to leave as soon as possible

Walking distance to Naia terminal 3, one ride to MRT, LRT and Moa. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The check in was only until 10pm but the owner was very nice and waited until 11pm since my flight was running late. Free coffee and water was a bonus. Definitely stay here if you want value for your money.

Got the AC room so it was okay. Property owner was accomodating and charged minimal amount per hour for extension .location is good if you are going to terminal 3 although we have to walk about 100 MTS to get taxi.

とにかく入り口が分からない。うろうろしていたら、路上でピーナッツを売っていたお兄ちゃんが連れて行ってくれた。 施設は良くないが、空港から徒歩圏内にあり、周りは下町で、バックパッカーや、一般庶民の暮らしを覗きたい人には良いかも。
