Spacious, quiet and good”
Great location for tourism, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-maintained despite the age of the hotel. The towels and bedding were clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was that the breakfast was not worth the price, as the warm dishes were mostly cold. We only used it on the first day and went to nearby restaurants on the second day. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was nice to have a quiet place to relax without families with young children around, perhaps because the hotel and resort were separated. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, great value for money”
On the recommendation of a friend, I booked Jeju Booyoung Hotel because of its proximity to ICC, the venue for a solo concert held by my favourite singer Hwang Chi Yeul on 21 & 22 December, and this proved to be a great decision. Good clean room, polite, helpful and pleasant staff, a convenience store in the basement that I visited three days running :) - above my expectations for the very reasonable price I paid (it was off-season when I visited). A shout out to the gentlemanly staff member who was busy doing his work when I got a little lost and asked for directions to the convenience store (there are signs actually but I still needed help LOL). He went out of his way, to make sure this senior citizen got to the convenience store. :) Will gladly book Jeju Booyoung Hotel once more if I visit beautiful Jeju again!

Great value for money”
Stayed one night with one elementary school child and two adults in an ocean view room. The location in Jungmun was great with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and food options nearby. The room was clean and the ocean view was good. It's nice to take a walk in the morning and you can see the Jusangjeolli rocks along the walking path. The walking path was really nice, but we didn't get to try the breakfast because we went to find a good restaurant. The swimming pool is too small. Our child had to wear a life jacket and we didn't enjoy it because we know how to swim. We didn't bring goggles, so we paid 3,000 won to rent them and used the pool for about 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and nice. The interior was clean and spacious, unlike the old exterior. We will come back often when we visit Jeju. The price was great compared to the quality.

Highly recommended~ The walking course, swimming pool, facilities, and service are all excellent!”
The exterior seems old, but the interior is clean and neat. It may not be the most modern and stylish, but the experience of staying at a long-established 5-star hotel was more satisfying. The walking course connected to the hotel is pleasant and nice, including the Olle Trail and Jusangjeolli. The swimming pool was also great, without any chlorine or strange smells. Unlike other places where water in the nose causes discomfort, it seems that Buyeong Hotel manages the water really well. The Diamond Restaurant inside was also satisfying with good value for money. All the staff were friendly, making the stay enjoyable. I plan to revisit on my next trip!

Recommended hotel in Chinese”
The hotel was great, even though the image of Buyoung Apartment was not good because it is a rental apartment. The staff were friendly and the indoor swimming pool was nice. You can take a walk along the Olle Course in the morning and even walk to Seogdal Beach when it's cool before sunrise. It gets really hot when the sun comes up. You can watch surfers at the beach and swim in the indoor pool if it's too hot or raining. The accommodation was clean and not too expensive. The breakfast was expensive, so we went to Baek Jong-won's hotel to eat.

Slightly older hotel, but for the cost and accommodations, you can’t beat it. Breakfast buffet was less than desirable, but the bed was comfy and clean. Room was spacious and perfect for a couple wanting to travel the island and have some space to relax. Great hotel!

Billing Error”
I booked Booyoung hotel on line on Agoda.com at around 6 pm, took a flight, arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. When I was checking in, I showed the front desk the Agoda confirmation email with a full payment, but they would not honor it. They told me to run my credit card otherwise, I will not be able to check into the hotel room. The following day, when I was checking out, they asked me to sign the room charge. I had no choice but to sign, otherwise, they are considering me trying to stay over night for free. I signed, and now I see the Booyoung hotel charge showing up on my Credit card statement in addition to Agoda.com charge. I informed Agoda.com customer service, and I hope to get a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the staff members courteous, the location is good, and it is a nice hotel (for those people who do not have a billing problem).

Great visit at a great hotel”
The accommodations at this hotel were outstanding which made our first visit to Jeju Island very enjoyable. Also, the staff were very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to returning for vacation in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel with suitable venue premises for international events”
The hotel is very well situated on the quieter seaside of the Jeju Island with an access to the scenic walking path. Good facilities with two swimming pools, gym, sauna and a traditional Korean bath, massage spa. The convenience store is open until midnight. The airport bus stops very near to the Hotel as well.

Had a wonderful stay at his hotel. The facilities including the swimming pools, gym, and sauna were great for both my son and I. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when visiting Jeju Island again.

Great hotel with good location however limited room service menu”
Its great hotel with good location, clean as expected for 5 star hotel, wide breakfast choices and definitely worth the money. Only comment is that room service food menu are quite limited.

Nice features but misses the mark”
Stay in the hotel not the resort. The ocean view rooms were nice, clean and big. The resort is over-sized and even in a busy week had an empty feel. The outside pool was closed even though others in the area were open. The drinks and snacks at the restaurant off the lobby were expensive but good. The massages are horrible... And not worth it. We enjoyed the corsierge... He was fantastic and gave the place some charm.

Broken air-con, poor service”
The air-con in hotel was not working and only heat blowing out. Called staff to help and he said they would adjust the temp from their office. And after 30mins, only heat from the air-con. We called hotel staff and technician to fix it. The technician after trying for 15mins, then said he could not fix and asked us to call helpdesk again. And we called hotel staff AGAIN and he said the air-con was working, no need to fix! And they didn't try to arrange a new room for us. How could heat from air-con acceptable in SUMMER time? The staff were not helpful at all! We have rent two rooms, the 2 air-con function were obviously different and how dare the staff kept saying the air-con was funcational? And after continuing negoitation, they finally offered a new room. Terribly disappointed by the service. It could be grateful if they offer a new room and didn't waste us time (2hrs) in a hot room.
