Satisfactory”
The hotel is located near the airport and in the middle of a nice area of the city. In general, the room is clean and room service is good. The staff behaves friendly. The towels and toiletries are satisfactory. The negative points are, first, there are no basic requirements such as a knife, fork, and even one tablespoon in the room. Second, for all the facilities such as the sauna, you have to pay. Third, there was a small cockroach in the bathroom.

fine if you travel with toothpaste”
This hotel is basically fine, just starting to show its age, so not the highest of comfort, but still comfortable. We found it funny that you have to pay to use their plastic toothbrushes or tiny tube of toothpaste, perhaps even if you touch the bathrobes and slippers? The security also fascinating, writing down the credit card for deposit on a slip of paper, and then tearing that upon departure. Something charming in all that, really, perhaps.

Casino was shutdown. WiFi wasn't connected to outside Internet. In-room chair upholstery had stains of three different colors. A/C was turned-off. Recommended opening windows without screens - hotel provided bug spray, instead.

Chose this hotel for the ocean view which was excellent. What was disappointing was the bathtub that wouldn't fill up more than halfway, which made it impossible to have a proper bath. The bathroom also had a moldy smell that just wouldn't clear out. Safe in room was broken so we couldn't store any valuables. Concierge flatly refused to give us more than the 2 bottles of water we were given everyday. Expected a 4-star hotel to be a tad more generous with stuff like this. Breakfast was limited and uneventful. Same stuff everyday so might get boring if you're staying more than 2 nights.

The Jeju Oriental hotel is conveniently located close to Jeju Aiport and only around 5 minutes drive and provide complimentary carpark for guests. It is centrally located and surrounded by good variety of restaurants and minutes walk to a supermarket. The down side that is there is no A/C during the month of May and all we had to open the windows for ventilation. With that in mind, all the bugs and mosquitoes flew inside the room which was not very pleasant. The rooms and hotel could use some renovation as the hardware were quite outdated and the carpet was quite dirty. Didn't dare to use the bathtub even though they had one. Also the front desk and housekeeping team were not friendly to foreigners and were not helpful when we tried to ask a simple question... and seemed that we were in their way for staying at their hotel. Will rather pay more to get better service and will not stay here ever again

The hotel just isn't that nice.”
It has a spa but you have to pay to get in. Also, only males are allowed. It also has a casino but most tables are 100$ to sit which is pretty high for a hotel of this size. It's unsurprisingly pretty empty every time we walked by despite having like 15 casino employees. There is not a microwave in the entire building and their meals cost 20-50$ each. The AC is not very good and it's hard to get your room below 77F. Our room came with a desk and 1 chair that looked like it came out of a dump. The fabric was ripped in multiple places and it had a lot of large stains. Last, this is not something I would take points off for but it's worth noting that the staff just doesn't seem all that friendly and does not try to speak English.

the Reception staff is very rigid, not flexible, and to be complete honest, they are not friendly at all, so definitely not recommended to stay here. The Non-Smoking room is very smelly too, despite it is spacious.

nice hotel at riverside”
i chose this hotel because of our booking at yeha tours for the west and east route tours in jeju island. The airport is nearby and there are a lot of restaurants just outside the hotel. plus is kyochon chicken which is famous all over .

Great location”
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for a biz trip. It only takes 10 minutes to get from Jeju airport so I liked that and there are restaurants, coffee shops, and small bars nearby so it was very convenient to eat. Great price and great service. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Great location, great food around”
Stayed in a triple, room sizes was ok, a bit squeezy but was comprehendable. The doorway lighting needs to have a switch to turn it off, when people goes to the toilet at night it lights up as it is sensor based. No breakfast was included, but lots of local delights around the area, 2 mins away from the hotel. There is a casino, but not much games. Good luck though!

this hotel is very nice, clean and situated near the jeju sin city center. there is a e-mart just 50m from the hotel, which is convenient. and taxi is cheap when you want to get the city center or the local bus terminal.

Very ordinary”
hotel was old but rooms were fairly spacious. as with the old exterior, interior decoration was dismal, with stained bathroom table tops and dusty lamps a common sight amongst all the rooms used by the travellers in our group. according to the website of the hotel it has facilities like a casino and a bowling alley. unfortunately the bowling alley has been closed down---or perhaps under renovation--not too sure which because we had trouble understanding the hotel staff's explanation. casino is still in operation, but on a very very small scale, with only 1 roulette table and 1 blackjack table in operation on both nights we were there. staff were also rude and surly. on the contrary, the staff in the lobby lounge were relatively more polite, as were those in the coffee house.
