The room was spacious, very well furnished and clean with all the facilities required for a pleasant stay. Food quality was average, need to be improved. They definitely need a better and trained person at the reception desk. While we arrived, the lady who was there at the reception did not greet us. We had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room, as the room was being cleaned. But no one was there to inform us the same. I had to check from my side why we were made to wait. A courteous staff and trained and professional attitude towards the customers will make this hotel an A+ facility.

Excellent place to stay in Gangtok”
Hotel rooms, location is excellent. Service was very slow. They easily takes more than an hour for food but being next to M G Road there are plenty of places for food.

Staff need to be more educated and courteous. The Room allotted had a broken glass. Power Switch of the electric kettle was loose and was not functioning properly. With other things being in place, such basic deficiencies had an unpleasant impact on the Stay with paying the price for an upmarket stay facilities.

Fooding”
Most horrible fooding , surprised to see how agoda could give a rating of 4* to this hotel . There is no Supervisor , no Manager to take care of the Fooding . We even got stale food and had fallen sick . The staff at the so called Restaurant are not trained properly . They do not know how to behave with the customers . It is an awful experience . The hotel is also over priced . It is not at worth spending so much for this type of property. It is a shame that agoda is recommending such property . I demand full refund of my money .

It's right on mg marg, perfect for shoppers. Facilities needs improvement, restaurant little more hygiene. There were cobwebs by tithe chair and juice on our last breakfast was expired. Else, they offer a good enough spread. The phones were never working in all 3 nights we stayed there even though other hotels have it. You have to either keep going down to the reception if you need anything or if youre network is working then call their cellphones no. Which alis also usually busy or unanswered. Otherwise the staff are okay. Stay here if you want to stay on mg marg.

The location is good but lacks facility”
During my stay the room lock was not working , so the security was on luck and God. You wont find a person to take your heavy luggage upstair even after waiting for 20 mins. Then its up to you to take charge. The exhaust was not working in the toilet. There was too much damp on the walls. Room 305.

Opt for the hotel only if location is top requirement. Everything else is "disappointing" to say the least. Quality of morning breakfast is not up to the mark. Cleanliness could be improved tremendously. You may have to ask for drinking water quite a few number of times before you are provided the same.

We explored Sikkim for 2 weeks, and this was the only place we felt a bit unwelcome. No doormat in front of the bathroom, the room was getting wet because of it. Was not provided one even after promising one. No power backup. The man at the reception was curt
