JJ has the best location in terms of access to LCC mall, shops, fast foods, market, pasalubong, churches, terminals and many others. Just specify the room and beds that you prefer to avoid frustration when you reach the place. Room is minimalistic, service is good and employees are courteous. Over-all, place is a good recommendation for transient travelers

You get for what you pay for. Staff are kind. Price is cheap. Location is great near the heart of market. CR is smelly even though it is visually clean. You can still smell very foul odor. Perhaps It just need to replace the entire sewage down line. If this issue is not address properly. I don't know if you will gain repeated customer.

Rooms are too small. We thought that we can provide value for the rate by booking king size but still there was not enough room to move, no table installed for food or valuable things.

First, there is no elevator, I'm staying here for 5 days. The room has no table to eat. And no cabinet to put my clothes So my clothes stays in my luggage for 5 days. There's no smoking area I need to go all the way down outside And the free breakfast you need to go upstairs to eat they don't send it to the room when I ask coz I don't like going out of my room. But when I buy a food room service they allowed it

Had a comfortable stay in transit to go to Virac by roro at Tabaco Port. Lots of food to choose from and with nearby convenient stores such as 7-11.

great service, quiet rooms, a few small issues”
it was a nice hotel. decent sized rooms, small bathrooms, semi private curtains, you could see inside of the rooms from the hallway. and none of the rooms have a view of anything but the hall. working but weak aircon. hot water in the shower but slow drain and horrid drain placement. the drain was under the shower border tiles. not that bad of a thing except for your shower water would go across the drain and get the area in front of the toilet soaked. So no walking in that room with socks on, or you get wet. wifi was free but no signal on my phone. my wife's phone had signal but barely, and it would die several times a day. i got so tired of asking for it to work i started going into the hall and moving a chair under the wifi access point and unplugging the power and plugging it back in so that it would reset and i could have weak wifi again.

Loud, bug covered”
JJ Midcity was recommended to me, and I was extremely disappointed. I was not expecting the best for the price, but I was expecting a proper night sleep, it was extremely loud through the night and early morning with loud bangs, and shouting people. I left with tiny bugs crawling all over me. Very disappointed.

Stay a night in of the the solo rooms. The room is clean and cheap, but extremely small, and worse, no windows. I was aware of this, and for someone staying just one night it is fine. but without any windows, it does feel quite claustrophobic. complimentary breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, service is good. the facilities are limited given the size of the hotel.

Beware of the capsule size rooms !”
I have stayed here many times n generally its OK but this time my room was like an airport capsule. King Bed yes but wedged in against three walls. Shower n toilet took up the rest of the space. No room for bags or any storage at all. Fine for one night with a rucksack but very cramped. Check room size before u book !
