I really enjoyed my stay in JM Backpackers Hometel. The staff are friendly and helpful in giving directions to tourist destinations and beaches. The location is in the middle of Jordan where the restaurants, stores, and bank are easily accessible. The room is comfortable and spacious enough after a day spent in the beach.

A Backpackers Inn that is like a mini hotel”
My first expectation in this place is just its just like any other ordinary backpackers inn which is small and a bit old. But when I was shown my room, I was amazed on how spacious and clean it is. The room consists of it's own bathroom with a separate toilet within it. It has cable TV, a table and a chair. Their breakfast is delicious and each breakfast they served me has either fruits or salad which is really nice. They also have water dispenser outside with free coffee and tea. The staffs are very nice, accommodating and always very happy to be of help. The place is along the road and very accessible to other restaurants/fastfood/eateries and other establishments. I really enjoyed my stay in this place so I will stay here again once I revisit Guimaras.

Excellent location”
I love my stay here. This is in Jordan, Guimaras which is the business district of the island province. If you love Mango Pizza like I do, the 2nd branch of The Pitstop is just a walking distance and the free breakfast is served at Super Meal Box which is downstairs - you should try Mango Crispy Chicken Fillet Burger.

Excellent Place for Guimaras Tour”
We arrived late in the evening and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were well maintained and it has all the things you need (Aircon, wi-fi, coffee, water, TV, and inclusive breakfast). On top of that there is a pasalubong stall, pharmaceutical, and fast food resto down stairs - for your convenience. If you want to proceed to other places and you are in need of transport, there is a tricycle station just outside this place. Overall would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Guimaras. Plus the owners really nice!

The fan room for 1 person is just fine. Hallway dispenser of hot.and ice water, plus complimentary coffee a nice touch. Staff very helpful. Lots of trikes and jeepneys for all points on the island. Sunday market very big and very interesting.

Excellent! The Staff are very accommodating and very helpful on my simple request. The building is newly constructed. It is also an 8-km ride from Jordan wharf.

Comfortable and Homey Stay!”
The bed and pillows were comfy for 1, but the if I was with my three friends we would not fit in the bed. The price for this single fan room is equal to a room with 4-bed with AC at Camp Alfredo. The place is right after the New Site, Jordan Market, near the Capitol, Pitstop Restaurant. Place is homey except for the faint weird toilet smell. At night there were children screaming and I wonder why the staff did not reprimand those guests. Overall, comfortable.

The place is so worth the price. They have pasalubong corner beside the hotel and a very affordable restaurant also. They have friendly and approachable staff, and my stay was just really great because of the breakfast inclusion, really a thumbs up!

I stayed in a standard fan room and was happy to discover that the actual room looks so much prettier than the pics online. It's clean and smelled clean (the dust under the table needs to be cleaned though). My room faced the highway where it gets hotter later in the day so you may want to take that into consideration when requesting for a room. Staff is super warm and friendly. She made me feel at home. It's also great that they have water dispensers where you can get drinking water for free. The property is accessible to public transpo and a convenience store. Alobijon beach is about 30-45 minutes away.

JM Backpackers Homtel is accessible. ”
You can just ride a jeepney and the fare is only 13 pesos. The room in the homtel is clean but I suggest if you have enough budget, book for an air-conditioned room because the room with fan is hot during daytime. There’s a pizza shop which sells mango pizza near the homtel and there are some other restaurants too. Unfortunately they don’t have any massage shop but they can request a therapist if you need his/her service. If you don’t like to stay near the beach, then you can book here. I think the room isn’t bad at all.

Best Place to stay in Guimaras!”
It’s just within the town proper where everything is nearby. Walking distance to Pistop. And most of all, the room is biiiig! There’s free coffee and water and staffs are so nice. Highly recommend. 👌🙃

Friendly staff. Ideal location.”
Located along the road so it's very accessible. When my friend and I lost our bag of food and souvenirs, they helped us locate the jeepney we rode in going there. After a few hours we got our bag back, thanks to them! For about $17, we had a comfortable night plus free breakfast. They have free cold and hot drinking water and instant coffee! The Pitstop, the restaurant famous for their mango pizza is less than a kilometer away.

Pros and cons”
The place is good and staff are accomodating and friendly. The thing is, its hard to sleep at night because there are some noise made in the evening which is really annoying. They are moving the chairs and tables at night which is really disturbing so I recommend that they should have strict policy regarding that.

It's economical and it's clean.... not at the beach but close to a videoke bar and a short walk to a Fridays live band option.... the people are great, hospitable and professional.... for a budget traveller it doesn't get much better

For one night okay ”
For one night it's okay. The staff is very friendly and caring. And the famous mango pizza at the pit stop is only 5 min walking. But if you want to be at the beach it's not the best option, cause from there you have to ride about 20 min to alubihod beach. All in all okay
