Spacious room, all the amenities, just not the cheapest - but good for extended stay”
This room felt like home. It was spacious, clean, quiet, easily accessible, and had all the comforts of my own apartment - a full kitchen with burner, rice cooker, plates and mugs, water kettle, and basic cooking utensils. The balcony was nice - and the overall location not bad. There is only one readily accessible calenderia option for eating out right across from the complex, but it is only a 25-minute walk to Limketkai mall. One Oasis is removed enough from the main roads to feel tranquil - like I was returning home. The grounds were beautiful - just wish the pool wasn't 200 pesos for guests! Felt welcomed and greatly appreciated by the host Joi - she also accommodated me very last minute when I needed to extend the booking with just 1 hours' notice! Thank you so much for the lovely place that felt like a home away from home :)

Great location, very close to Robinson Mall .really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Needs Renovation ”
This condo needs immediate renovation, the shower is broken, closet doors are coming off the hinges, no place to hang clothes as no rods Inside the closet. At least keep few bottles of water for the guests as there is no shops to buy anything nearby. I had to go buy soap as none was provided.

Me and my two companions were so happy to find that such a nice listing was still SHOWN AS AVAILABLE even though we just arrived in CDO for the night and were looking on super short notice. Upon messaging the contact number in this listing, they informed us that they indeed HAVE A ROOM but could not cater to Muslims. We said we were Catholic and proceeded to drive to the area. When we arrived at the place, the guard refused to let us in and made us call the owner. This time, the owner said that they DID NOT HAVE A ROOM AVAILABLE but they could refer us to someone they knew within their network. We refused because we were suspicious and made our way to a budgetel instead. I paid by card for this booking and communicated with the lady for a refund. This booking was made on November 2020. I received my refund on Feb 2021 because they told us that they lost my number sometime around January, and later on that they were very busy. It took me a while to make this review because I thought that being compensated, despite it being months later, was all that mattered. However, I do feel the need to warn others that it was such a hassle to book a place that claims to be available but turned out not to be, and took months to compensate me for this.

I booked and did not stay at the place because nobody will answer my queries”
I booked this place on October 22 2020, paid on my credit card, and when I was about to go to the place, the security won't even allow me to enter the place. They said, the owner should be the one assisting me. I asked and asked and repeatedly chat the person but nobody will answer me. I ended up looking and booking another place. Such a waste of my money......

Disgusting unit owner”
We are shocked to find out when we arrive that the unit has been occupied by another couple. There seems to be a connivance between the guard and the unit owner to put the administration in blind with respect to their occupant. And despite the fact that we paid for the cleaning of the room, you have to contact them first before you can have your room cleaned. The unit owner is supposed to welcome the guests and meet with them once they arrived but disgustingly I have not seen the shadow of the owner int he four days of our stay in the unit. Please do not rent this joi's one residence.
