Excellent hotel. Food very good Add in a la carte once or twice even better. Bottle beer only in over 18s ascot bar which doesn’t open till 7. Apart from room and restaurant ( non a/I) you can only watch sport there so kids have a problem and Saturday and Sunday early kick offs. Wahid runs the bars and has great charisma and wit and works behind the ascot bar. Hotel is spaced out but flat apart from beach front. Many steps down means many steps back! You can get good deals at the golf course which championship at one time. Wi-Fi only in large hotel reception Not all facilities were open which I’m finding throughout my break in Egypt. It is very quiet. Originally booked for 3 days but stayed 6. Ashraf also controls things to a t. The shower was a bit temperamental at times but once sorted, bloody great. Would definitely go back but not on a great weekend of football

I have been to Sharm many times in the past but this time was totally different. The Hotel was totally different experience from hospitality and reception and all different staff who were really friendly and very helpful! Special thanks Mr. Ibrahim from reception and Mohamed el Nemr from royal pool for making the short vacation really unforgettable ☺️

Great place for a getawat”
This location is far from the old market or if you want to go out and just walk somewhere. You will need a car. It is great if you stay on the resort and decide to do activities (they have swimming right on the water/snorkelling and they have a water slide). If you want to actually shop and experience other areas in sharm, try getting somewhere close to the old market

Great Place But far from the main street”
I liked our room, the hotel is so big that's made our room so far from the beach. That is not bad as they have a Taf-taf car from the lobby to the beach and if you had to go walking you'll go through beautiful sights of the hotel. The pool grills restaurant and beach restaurant have a wonderful romantic feeling. If I went to Sharm for relaxation, definitely I'll will go to Jolie Ville Golf & resort.

our room area was too far from the beach, we should cross a street to go the the beach, My advise is to geta room in Front Area or Prefer Front Area. This is nice hotel to stay in because it near to the Neama Street. and it in the middle of Sharm.

Stay away from this hotel”
Despite friendly and very helpful restaurant staff that made the stay durable there is no way I can recommend this hotel. I have given 5 stars for those staff, but most of the staff behind the front desk are rude unhelpful morons - no concept of 'welcome to our hotel' with a friendly smile, which is what you need at 3 am when you arrive. That included being ripped off for a $30 early access to the room charge, when my staff were not charged. The hotel itself is a monolith of granite and marble - but shower rail fell off, plumbing to the toilet leaked across the bathroom floor. Worst of all, smoking is allowed within the public areas of the hotel - including the corridors to the rooms. The main clientele are cheap tour Ukrainians that almost without exception smoke non-stop. As for Sharm el Sheikh, great coral in the Red Sea but everything else is not worth the trouble. The airport security is also a nightmare on departure.

A delicious breakfast and some nice restaurants within the resort, expensive though. The reef by the see seemed to be deep and a bit scary if you are not familiar with snorkeling. The guard was gazing in the air and there have been shark attacs last year. Hard uncomfotable beds

Planned to be a 5-star resort but not maintained over time”
I'll be honest, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but there are a lot of things that mean this resort is not 5 star. While it may have been planned to be a 5-start hotel, time has wearied the facilities, things look a little run down, and the rooms, while large, are not furnished like a 5-star venue. There is only limited, very slow wifi available in the lobby (or, if you wish to pay an additional 10 dollars a day you may get it in your room). The food is good, and the views from the beach beautiful. But all in all the hotel is tired due to a lack of volume of tourists I assume. Still, a good solid venue, but measure your expectations.

the hotel is excellent as it is closer to the beach & at the same time to the shopping center. This hotel is excellent expecially for family & childen. I enjoy sitting in ther garden with colorful flowers & plants. Security is also good.
