Last minute trip to BKK”
It is the best hotel around in the area. The room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, hot water and water pressure is strong. It is 10 minutes car ride away from Big C Omyai and about 30 to 40 minutes away from The Mall Bangkae (depending on traffic conditions).

Nice hotel, far from Bangkok”
Stay here only if you have something to do out here (west of Bangkok). As a tourist, there isn't much to do around these parts. Businesses have closed and left, there aren't many shopping malls close by. Nonetheless, Jolly is nice, clean, friendly hotel. The price is right, too.

Although the location of the hotel is inconvenient, but the food service like breakfast and lunch dim sum buffet is good. Hotel to the nearest BTS is Bang Wa or Bangkae must travel by taxi at least about 10 to 15mins ride, can't walk to BTS is too far away. Opposite have 7/11, Tulip Centre, Mini Big C and McDonald. The suite room is value for money is big and clean.

Staff is very kind, but they should try practice some English although there that depends per staff. Further more its a great hotel, the room is nice and big, very clean. Basically I have nothing to complain about. Its a great hotel! (The location is less nice because there is no 7-Eleven closeby)

A hotel away from bangkok centre however if you are needing a hotel in this area this is the one . A new hotel of great design, good sized clean rooms and bathroom. Plenty of secure parking and shopping malls within 7 kilometres. Looking forward to staying here again .

Horrible customer service. lack of staffs training”
The worst hotel experience ever. I traveled from London to BKK to attend my brother wedding for 5 nights the last two nights I stayed at the Jolly and it is the worst one I have ever come across in my life. Check-in was delay for which they blame agoda that agoda never sent them the booking eventhough money was out of my account a month ago. Well, they sort it at the end because lucky, I printed the prove of booking!! During stay was fine as a 3 star rate hotel in term of room. Checking out was shocking. As the reception rush to the room to check if we make any damage. She came back with a set of towel (One large and one small towel) and told us they need to charge 100 baht for the small and 200 baht for large one coz we make them dirty for which 300 baht will be taking out of deposit that we had put in when check-in (1,000baht). !!!!!! No one ever inform us anything about using towels and can't make them dirty even with tiny bit of shaving gel. I swear, if know I can easily get rid of it. Anyway at the end, they insist on charging us. I asked to speak to manager. Not even there!!! the staffs are just too untrained to know how to deAl with situation. It was so horrible. I had pictures of these `dirty towels` they called to share if anyone want to see how dirty it was. And you would LAUGH!!! I'm so disappointed, coz my house is actually across the road. I grew up in this area. Only because I have a guest from London with me so hotel is more suitable. I was happy to know that the jolly was just open and area around their become more develop. But what I came across I was just too disappoint. My brother also booked a room for his bride to be parent. He also experienced with horrible service over breakfast. This hotel seriously need to work on customer service. This is still a new hotel you might have a chance!!! PLEASE DO!! BUT FOR ME NO MORE!!!!!!@

Good hotel on very busy main street”
I stayed only one night but I enjoyed the spacious room which was very clean and of good standard. Could not get breakfast in restaurant as you have to book in advanced which I find strange or I misunderstood night receptionist which could only speak limited English. I walked along the street to find small street market where I was able to get food. Hotel is located on very busy and noise main street with no crossing strip nearby which makes it very dangerous to cross. Overall happy to go back.

Although the location of the surrounding is inconvenient, but the service and hotel food is good. But as for the shower it take longer time to heat up the water for hot shower.

Stayed here a few times already, but this time there's no hot shower. To be fair I did not call the hotel staff as I checked in late and leave early the next morning. Also strange policy to issue only 1 magnetic key card. If I want a 2nd key card I have to pay 200 baht (not refundable). Other than these, it's a nice clean well maintained hotel.
