Cheapest on Coron?”
I give a 5 for value of money since it is rare to get as low prices in Philippines as in Thailand or Indonesia. In Philippines it seems rooms (usually I take some 3-star double with AC) cost the double. Coron is small so most of it would have 5 in location. It is only 20p to use tuktuk in case you are lazy to walk. Cleanliness gets 3 since I did not know where to hang wet clothes. There was rain, rain and rain. Staff gets 5 since Reggie (Reggae?) was informing a lot. There was so much info that I could not keep up with it. Any inexperienced traveler on budget should come here first. I give a 2 for facilities since there was only 1 bathroom for up to 9 people. Cold water too... and do not forget to bring your own ass wipe otherwise your t-shirt is in line. :) So a short story, I changed to another dormitory to find out that I did not win much. The new one was more expensive but did not really add much to the extra cost.

Exceptional”
I really like my stay at Joval's - ended up staying far longer than planned. Location is not in the center which I liked a lot - walking distance from everything but more quiet and less crowded. Rooms and bathroom are very simple, no fuss, but it was enough to me. Reggie is a fantastic and very helpful host. As a solo traveller, I met great people here.

Great place in Coron”
Great place! The 4 bed mixed dorm was spacious and comfortable! The beds were good. There were two bathroomd for a lot of people but I never had any problems. The only thing I didn‘t like was that you had to buy your own toilet paper! Also the water pressure was a bit low. Other than that I really enjoyed my 3 nights dtay here and the owner was super friendly and helpful with everything! Would stay here again!
