Very quick to help when we contacted the Zen team during our stay.
The apartment was not sound proofed and you could hear the above and neighboring flats. Other properties were also noisy during both nights.

Fantastic apartment, I would highly recommend”

The location was ideal, the guarded gate made it feel safe and secure, the cleanliness of the apartment itself also the entrance area. I would definitely recommend and use again. The facilities within the apartment and even the sofabed was comfortable. Easy entry and checking in service was really good.
We were requested to keep the noise down despite hearing other rowdy apartments ourselves. For a group of girls getting ready to go out and with really thin walls it was difficult to reduce the noise of the heels on the floorboards but we did attempt to keep as quiet as possible but we were then also conscious of ourselves for the entire stay

Very neat and clean, amazing location, very spacious, kitchen was very well equipped, ideal for a family. Nice and quiet location. Rooms spacious and 2 bathrooms one en suite. Easy to collect keys and a wonderful host. She ensured we had a comfortable stay. Big TV with Netflix subscription.Would definitely recommend
