Almost perfect in every way”
Joya Lofts & Towers is a relatively new building which is conveniently located across from Power Plant Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were always ready to answer questions. If they didn't know the answer immediately, they would do some research and get back to us with the answer. We had a 1-bedroom suite. It was well-furnished and very clean. It was great having an ensuite washer and dryer, although it would have been helpful if instructions were included. Although the apartment was very clean, the people before us had put the laundry soap in the wrong spot, and the remnants had not been cleaned out and it was a bit of a hassle trying to get all of it out. In terms of cleanliness, that was the only problem with the room. We did also have a problem with hot water. We only had hot water out of the bathroom sink faucet, but couldn't find the spot to turn on the hot water for the kitchen sink or shower. A simple phone call would fix this, but it would have been more convenient to have had instructions left in the room so we could have figured it out ourselves. The location is excellent for anyone planning to travel around the Metro Manila area. Many of the main shopping areas (including Greenhills, Salcedo Market and Bonifacio Global City) are a reasonably-priced taxi ride away. Even the airport is less than a P200 ride (don't bother with the set-price taxis from the airport--they'll cost you more than twice as much!). The room also includes one parking spot. I think most tourists would not want to drive in Manila, so they may not make use of it, but we had relatives visit us at the apartment and they were allowed to make use of the spot. Very helpful! We did not make use of the pool or the gym, but the room also included free use of both amenities. I would definitely stay at Joya again, and I have recommended this place to my rather particular relatives who visit Manila very often.

very private serviced lofts”
i have stayed in other serviced apart/hotels in manila and overseas. the joya lofts is quite new and the room amenities are quite great. it is very ideal for long stay or for families. i rented a studio room and it has a complete small kitchen with cooking facilities & cutlery. the front desk is very helpful and attentive. checking in is quite easy. since i also brought my car, they provided me with a parking and the parking lot is very, very secured and private. access to the rooms, elevator and parking are done through 1 key only. this limits visitor access to and from the room. the joya lofts is right across rockwell powerplant mall, a high-end mall in makati city. it is also a few minutes away from the central business district of makati, malls, and restaurants. overall, i would come back to joya lofts again. i would recommend it to travelers going to makati.

Will Come Back!”
This was the first time we stayed at Joya Lofts & Towers and we booked our next stay with them as soon as we returned to Singapore yesterday! The Deluxe Studio Rooms are not very spacious but who needs a lot of space when you use your hotel room mainly for sleeping anyway! The rooms are very clean and all the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Our flight back to Singapore was not until later in the evening and doing a late check-out was not a problem. Joya Lofts & Towers is only 15-30 minutes away from the airport and right across the street from Rockwell Power Plant Mall which has good restaurants and shopping. We also liked the pool and the gym at Joya Lofts & Towers and the complimentary internet that actually worked. Looking forward to our next visit in June!

Great change to staying at a hotel”
wanted a change from the usual hotel experience. stayed at joya lofts & towers based upon a friend recommendation. it was a good overall experience. enjoyed the mini-suite. cozy but well equipped. it was a comfortable stay, the bed and pillows were very nice. good nights of sleep. there is a wonderful pool, good for laps. conveniently located across from rockwell powerplant mall. lots of eating choices, a starbucks, and shopping. there is also a cinema there. the mall is a bit higher end than compared to other malls in manila. definitely caters to the upper middle class filipinos who live in the area. internet was good. not too slow, good for anyone wanting to do email and facebook. layout could improve for this room type. the desk area is far away from the internet connection. did not have wi-fi in the room, so just used the laptop in bed since that's where the modem was located, on the stand next to the bed. i would definitely stay here again if i wanted a place in makati. lots of conveniences and felt the service was very good at the property.

Exquisite hotel - panoramic views of Rockwell city”
although our stay at joya lofts was only for 1 night it was certainly very delightful & we wished we could have stayed there longer. we were upgraded to an executive apartment & it was on a higher level which had amazing full views of rockwell city day & night. the apartment itself was spacious & modern & there was even a pleasant scented air freshener machine in the living room which made the whole apartment smell nice upon entering instead of being stuffy. prime location, just across the road from powerplant mall & only 10min cab ride to greenbelt in makati city. joya lofts is surrounded by similar residential modern high-rise buildings with plenty of security guards patrolling the streets which ensures very safe & quieter streets (no jeepneys or trucks etc are allowed into the rockwell suburban area). all in all a very pleasant 1 night stay :)

Great hotel, spacious, efficient /courteous staff”
As planned,we split our stay in Manila among three hotels. The first two were 4.5 star hotels, and the third - Joya Lofts. Great deal, though we booked only a "Studio" room, we were given a "1-BR" which was a lot more spacious (w/a full kitchen)! T'was a pleaseant surprise indeed! We enjoyed the Joya the most, because of the ease in coming/going, on our trips around MM (easily accessible, & away from congested streets). And another terrific bonus, it's next to the Power Plant Mall, thus very convenient - for dinners, shopping & even picking up groceries.

Big rooms, great for families”
My sister and her family all stayed in a two-bedroom unit. We loved our stay in this hotel because the whole unit was very comfortable for 6 people. Powerplant Mall is located only a few steps away, if you want to shop and dine you don't have to go too far. If available, you might want to request a unit on a higher floor to get a better view of Makati especially at night. If you want to cook your own food, staying in a hotel like Joya Lofts is the better choice.

Great place to stay”
We stayed at Joya 3 different times in 6 weeks & in 3 different units. The suites are great. It is so nice to have your own mini condo & a fridge etc. The location of Powerplant mall right across the street is great for picking up groceries for breakfast or for going to or getting take out food. There are also some good restaurants all within walking distance. The staff are all so friendly & helpful!! The gym & pool were fabulous & the security in the building is amazing! Another great perk was being able to leave extra luggage there while we travelled to the other islands. The Rockwell area is also very safe & secure & is so nice for walking or running around. We would highly recommend Joya Lofts.

Great hotel for families with kids...2 thumbs up!!”
We are very satisfied with the way we were treated by the staff of Joya Lofts and Towers. They surprised us with a free upgrade to their 2 BR Premier Suite. It was a 119sqm area at the 39th floor. Perfect view... The kids squealed with delight upon opening our hotel door. There's just a lot of space for kids to run around and the pool on the 7th floor is clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again and again and again....

A New Year's eve treat”
I had an enjoyable stay at Joya Lofts & Towers. I spent the New Year's eve in the hotel and everything just went well. It is very near Power Plant Mall in Rockwell where you can do some shopping. There were plenty of dining choices nearby as well as a supermarket inside the mall. There was even a fantastic fireworks display at the stroke of midnight. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.

I am extremely happy and was awaited with a pleasant suprise on my second leg of stay at Joya Loft. Imagine to my suprise that the management has upgraded me to a two bed room apartment apart from what i have requested. I was willing to pay the difference from a Studio deluxe to a one bed room apartment as it would cost me just about 6500pesos but with the same price, the management upgraded me to a two bedroom apartment! Kudos... to the management and staff for the wonderful suprise. Thank you and God Bless you all!

My stay was pleasant and blessed with an upgrade from a studio premiere room to an executive suite room. I was supposed to stay at the Global City area due to proximity to my Church for the prayer and fasting week in Manila in January. However, the initial plan did not push through. I've been praying for a nice and safe environment to stay in for 1 week and I remembered Joya at the Rockwell area. I am based in Jakarta and I immediately asked my friend to book one room on my behalf when I saw the promo price at Agoda and the reservation went smoothly. Flying from Jakarta and upon arrival in Manila, it was a pleasant surprise from the Joya reception staff that they upgraded me to the executive suite room at the same price! I cannot ask for more, it has exceeded my expectations. I had guests every day and each day was a gift waiting to be unravelled. Grateful for the joy of His presence I had experienced while in Manila. Thank you Joya and God bless. :)

Hotel staff remember you ”
for once we were worried about being in makati during the holy week when we know it will be a very quite week with almost all shops closed. we got in late in the evening and to our surpise, a yummy steak house just a few steps from joya was open (beating the odds since all shops were closed as expected). we had an aussie friend with us and he exclaimed it was the best steak he had ever had. not a bad start for our weekend trip. we only stayed one night because we had another flight the next day but the rooms of the 2-bedroom suite were very comfortable, we all had a good night's sleep. we had to ring for housekeeping to fix the internet and the cable in the living room so late at night but the service was warm and friendly and the problems got sorted out asap. well done.

Worth for the money”
The only thing that I have to complain about this residence is its location, it's sometimes hard to find (even for the local taxi-driver hahah) because there is no sign of 'Joya Loft & Tower Ressidence' We had an overnight flight to Manila, I really appreciated the staff who allowed us to get early check-in free of charge I will recommend this hotel to my friend for their next stay in Manila

Very nice accomodations”
We arrived a day late for my paid reservation, and they seemed a bit off that we didn't inform them that we would be late, but indeed i did call them to let them know we may be late a day or two. They did not have another 2 Bedroom Deluxe available so they upgraded me to 2 Bedroom Executive which I did not complain about :). I was told its a bit larger than the Deluxe. The living room had a 6 chair dinette table set with plates, utensils and wine glasses. The living room has a surround sound system for DVD's and CD's (not blueray) and the TV was about a 32 inch flat screen. The living room furniture seats 4 and was very comfortable. One of the Bedrooms had 2 twin beds and the Master Bedroom had a Queen size bed and very comfortable.. not to hard and not too soft. Also in the Master Bedroom was a computer desk and free internet cable, but you must pay for wireless if you so desire. The master bathroom had a large glass shower enclosure with large water saver head (plenty big for 2 people at the same time ;) The other bathroom in the hallway also had glass shower enclosure but a bit smaller. The water is filtered but don't drink it as its not completely filtered to remove bacteria. You can order water up for 50 pesos for 5 gallons but the required dispenser will rent at 1000 pesos. Don't expect Hotel Room Service as this is not a full featured Hotel.. I couldn't even order a bucket of ice for the wine but the lady who answered informed me that a 7/11 was close by. The Joya sits across the street from a high class expensive Mall but we were happier to take a taxi and shop at SM for our groceries and other needs. All in all we loved our stay there and I will seriously consider staying there again. I highly recommend the Joya for any couples like us who desire privacy and a gorgeous place to stay at a decent price.

This establishment is very nice centered in the Rockwell area. A beautiful Mall is just across the street with excellent shopping choices and very good food. The market in the mall has all the food you need to cook in your room. Overall i was quite please with my stay at Joya Lofts. The neighborhood is clean and safe and a cab is always easy to acquire.

Christmas at Joya Lofts”
spending christmas eve at joya lofts was one experience i will not forget. location was perfect for the family. we attended mass at the chapel in nearby powerplant and had our christmas dinner at burgoo's. there was also a prepared fireworks display right after the 9:30 pm mass at the tent.our room was at the 21st floor so our view of the fireworks was awesome.the staff and security were very pleasant. looking forward to spending next christmas there again.

Very Happy”
I actually checked in a little early which was not a problem for them. The towers are located right across from The Rockwell Centre, which is an oasis in Manila. All the shops, restaurants and entertainment you would need for 2-3 days. Everything you need for a self-catering stay is in the accomodation. The room has excellent wifi, also full entertainment system. You can cook there on a stove and the kitchen has a toaster and microwave too. The best thing about this place is that there is a washing machine and drier. The building has a very nice pool and terrace with Manila views too. There is a gym in the other tower but I didn't go as I trained in the morning at my last hotel. I'm guessing it must be good based on what I saw about everything. Would I stay there again? Yes! Next time, I would hope for a little better view but it wasn't bad. For the price, I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!
