The hotel is so new and clean. Love the interior design of the lobby. Love their facilities! They have sufficient amenities at the lobby for unlimited refill. So thoughtful, they even have face wash, liquid wash, toner & moisturizer from POLA. Wow! Love their bathroom, the shower area is jz like the bathing area at onsen, right beside the bath tub! They even provided the bath salt & powder. So after long day of walk, I look forward to have my bath at the hotel room. Also they provide tub for foot soak! How thoughtful! Foot soaking in winter is awesome. Oh ya, free coffee at the lobby 24/7! Also a dobby at lobby. Wash n dry around RM20. I'm impressed that the laundry machine will update the status on our TV in the hotel room, so you can wait for your laundry at the comfort of your room. Location wise is really super near to JR station but it's abit tricky. Its the North Exit at East Ticketing Gate or go through Paseo East entrance.

Beautiful hotel ”
Such a beauty this hotel! We had 3 nights here. Our stay was very comfortable. Very close to jr station about a 5 minute walk from the northern exit. As you head out of jr , turn right, come down the stairs, keep following the road on the first set of traffic light, turn left cross the street and the hotel should be a few steps away. Very close to a 7 eleven shop. Very convenient and very close to all the shopping that you might want. From Tokyo hands to loft as well as Tokyu etc. Thank you jr mets for looking after us.

Less than 5 min walk to JR Sapporo train station and bus terminal, 3 convenient stores nearby. Bathroom are spacious by typical Japan's hotel standard, but room is still quite small especially if you are travelling with large size luggage bag. Room amenities are top notch. Very comfortable bed. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. Overall great value, I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Sapporo again.

New modern hotel in a very convenient location. ”
New modern hotel in a very convenient location. Even you have a lot of luggage you can easily walk to Sapporo Station. The rooms are modern and very nice. Good light fittings in the room with brightness control, so you can easily make it very bright or less bright. The bathroom is spacious (in Japanese terms) and convenient. It contains both a shower and a bath, bathrobes, plenty of towels, Japanese shower products. Also, there is a box with extra shower products at reception (e.g. bath salts, brush, creams etc). The staff were very polite and speak good English. I did not have breakfast there, so I cannot comments on breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant hotel”
This was a last minute booking as we had some changes to our itinerary. Only stayed here for 4 nights instead of full 7 nights because this place was only open in February and I made reservations at another hotel in January. We had 3 big luggages and a hand carry bag, I wrote under remarks that I'm on my honeymoon and to have a bigger room if possible for my baggage. Upon arrival, we received a pleasant surprise. A small gift to celebrate my marriage and a free room upgrade! It was much bigger, toilet is spacious too with a deep soaking tub. We really love it here. The beds were comfy and cleanliness is very on point. They have free bath salts to utilise as well as travel size facial products to use etc. The only downside is their wash and dry machine. The dryer is not strong enough and we had to spend over 4 hours trying to dry them repeatedly. Our wash load was about 6kg plus and we split the load but still not good enough. Other than this issue, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Location is very convenient, 4 mins walk from Jr sapporo Station with lawson mart nearby. Staffs are alert, friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely come back to stay next time! I'm already missing this hotel!

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!”
We LOVED our stay here! We loved the entire hotel decor and super helpful staff! The room bathroom is amazing with a wide bathtub. Super clean and I love that the hotel has youtube on their TV. They also have Handy phone which you can bring out for your adventures. Would definitely stay here again next time! Thank you!

The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to Sapporo station, but only you get your direction right. From Sapporo JR station always head toward the north exit where the university direction and turn Right after exit station main entrance, walk till you see the first traffic light and cross over, from your Right walk till the end of the building and turn Left . The hotel is just few step away. The main entrance is just next to "Sauce" restaurant. The hotel staff are friendly, they always greet you when ever they see you. The hotel have a coffee machine at the lobby area and is free. They also have paying washing machine at the lobby , so you not need to bring to much clothing and can stuff more goodies into your luggage. I think JR East Hotel should provide a more clear direction from Sapporo station to their place, as my first day arrival at Sapporo station, I spend 30 min to look for it as Sapporo station is a very big place and with many Exit.

Best hotel in our trip so far”
The location is perfect as it is probably 5 mins walk to the Sapporo station and it is pretty accessible and near shopping malls. Though the room is a little small but we love the bathroom and the clean design of the room. The television is pretty big for Japanese standards. We will come back to stay in this hotel again.

The location is very near to Sapporo JR Station (North Exit). Room was very clean. I’d say the best part of this hotel is their staff, they’re really helpful and respectful to the guest. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I’m in Sapporo.

Booking this new hotel was a great decision. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the location excellent. The amenity station in the lobby is a great bonus. The beds are comfy and the bathroom was so functional. Will definitely recommend this to whoever wants to visit Sapporo.

Lovely new hotel with a great breakfast service ”
This is a very new hotel to the chain, the bathrooms are massive by Japanese standards with a proper separate wet room, by western hotel standards the bathrooms are large. The sleeping area is also spacious for Japanese hotel standards. The rooms are well insulated and you can’t hear anyone else which is great for a solid nights sleep. It’s close to the Sapporo jr station and also to local subway lines. The breakfasts buffet including a great range of Japanese and western breakfast items, you won’t go hungry for choice

Everything is perfect here! Super close to the station and so clean both inside and out. Great value of money. Only thing was wish to have more space for hanging clothes and bags especially during winter time. Love this hotel and would come back for sure

Very good location, literally 3-5 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were super friendly. The only downside is that there should be more staff speaking english. Very hard to communicate sometimes. Nonetheless, will stay here again should I visit Sapporo.

Pros: Very close to JR Sapporo station (near Paseo East), nice and clean room, friendly staff, free coffee and a laundromat is available. Cons: No on site parking (but there’s a partner parking a few mins walk away), no sheltered/underground walkway linked to JR station (but it’s a just short walk away).

100% would recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Sapporo and it’s vicinity. It’s a 2minute walk from the north exit of Sapporo Station and has all the amenities a traveller needs. Right across the road is a convenience store in any case u need a snack in the middle of the night. The hotel is also within walking distance for meet-up points if u have booked day-tours from Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

Friendly staff”
I used this hotel because of my favorite artist's performance in Sapporo. The hotel was good location because it is near Sapporo station and shopping center. There was a Seiko mart next to the hotel, so it was very convenient. Thankfully, we arrived 30 minutes earlier than the hotel check-in time, but we let the hotel staff check in right away. I asked for a taxi to go to the concert hall in the evening. An employee asked for a call taxi but said it was difficult to call because it was fully booked, but a male employee at the hotel came out of the hotel and took a taxi himself. Thank you very much. The next day, I gave a tangerine to the male waitress as a present. But if there is anything to point out, the room is very clean, but the ventilation system in the room ceiling is dusty.

New hotel, convenient location”
This is a new hotel with modern design, I love the design of the lobby and the restaurant so much. And the location is perfect, cross the road you will reach Sapporo Station with all famous malls nearby such as Daimaru, and down the subways will reach the underground shopping streets which extends to few stations covering main landmarks and lot of shops. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is next to the washroom that makes the whole areas spacious. If you have few big luggages, the bedroom space is not big enough hence you have to put it under the bed. The staff is helpful and free coffee and ice offered. No full mark as it has no cold water. Overall it is a great hotel.

The hotel is quite near to JR Sapporo Station, there is also exit of ST at the other side of hotel. The staffs are friendly, can speak good English. The room is extremely clean! We truly enjoyed our stay there!
