Returning tourist after Covid19 and JR East Tokyo didn't disappoint. For a family if 3 visiting Disneyland & Sea, the hotel is only 2 train stops away from Maihama Station- gateway to Disneyland, very much appreciated esp a long day to after the theme parks. With family Mart at station, 24h Daily Yamazaki below the hotel and some eateries nearby, we have bo complaints for hunger pants. Well connected to Tokyo, esp Odiba, with 4 subway/JR interchange, we have made this our base while travelling around tokyo, we have stayed over disneyland partners/ hotels ard Shiomi station and still found JR East most convenient, not having to pack and unpack to relocate to the city. The staff are polite and patient to explain my check-in and luggage storage. Most hotels have converted to self check-in since Covid19, however there is still a staff 24/7 ard to assist. The reception at level1 has a buffet of Bath salts, tea and amenities to choose from where needed. A coffee machine is also make available as well. Located at 9th level, paid 2 washing machine, paid-microwave, ice dispenser and beverage dispenser is readily available. The hotel room is affordable and large on contrasts with regular tokyo hotel. I have space to accommodate 2 large suitcase (and slide beneath bed when not in use). In summary, my family love the clean hotel and will look forward on our return to tokyo.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo”
I picked this hotel for our Tokyo Disney holiday because of its price and location. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Shinkiba station, 2 stops away from Maihama Station where Tokyo Disney Resort is located. The hotel has a very modern feel, which I really liked. There is a convenience store at the lobby and also at the foot of the train station. This hotel has the largest room size among the hotels we stayed in Japan. It was roomy and very comfortable. The internet connection was reliable and the amenities we tried were very good. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if the goal is to visit Tokyo Disney Resort.

Convenient and comfortable”
We stayed here while visiting Disneyland and it was very convenient. Easy to get to, just steps away from the train station. We didn't eat the hotel breakfast because the convenience store on the first floor has a vast array of both sweet and savory breakfast pastries that were more than adequate for us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I love it ”
I loved my room and the view was very nice. It was also next to the train station which was very convenient. It’s also near Disney land, so for families, couples, or a group of friends who plan to go to Disney land, I highly recommend. I really loved the location because it got me out of red light district which was the original location I stayed before knowing the area. It’s also right outside downtown, so it’s pretty peaceful and not crowded. I really love it here and will consider staying here again when I return to Tokyo!

Right for the Price”
Hotel room was bigger than anticipated so nice surprise. A nice shower room as well compared to a traditional hotel of the shower/bath/toilet all in one tiny room. Only minor complaint would be that the fridge was very small, equatable to a skincare sized fridge that one might have on a counter. But overall, everything was right for the price and I likes the convenience of the train station being right there.

i booked very last minute for a very peak period, so the rate was pretty high. but was okay in general. very near a station, with direct line to Tokyo Station. a konbini right under. our room was on the small side in size, but at least things are pretty modern. well stocked up too. not bad for a last minute find.

Clean, New, Breakfast was Great”
The check in system and staff is tedious because they messed up the order of my name and the Staff wasn’t helpful even she knew there was only one reservation with my name. She insisted I enter my name and search for my reservation myself. What a bother. She made the start to the stay horrible and quite unpleasant but once in the room it was clean and more spacious that an APA hotel so that was good. They don’t have a Body Cloth in their amenities so that’s just tedious so showering and washing is more difficult than it needs be. The breakfast was lovely. Simple but clean and fresh. Wouldn’t mind coming back for the cost and value.

Great at Shinkiba”
New cool design place just at the station, with convenient store downstairs. Nice temperature, view, super comfy beds and soft pillows, large bathroom space, coffee machine not in the room, but reception. Positive to my request, thank to manager who only operates in English. Only down long time haven't experienced no fruits for breakfast, for my question are there some fruits was answered "yogurt is here" :)

Good hotel-Room space is not enough”
The room is small (Superior double room) though they let to stay with two young children (typical Japanese hotel room size). Actually they don't provide much room photos online, to take an idea bout the room. Apart from the bed, the bay window is the only place to sit.
