Nice Property to stay in Batumi”
Location perfect as just at one corner of the promenade and taxis easily available. Recommend using Yandex app. as it works just like Uber. Spacious room & bathroom with walk in shower. Room service was good and food was well prepared. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked perfect. Nice view of Miracle Park & sea side from the room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Casino is an added feature in this hotel. Health club facilities were perfect. Only issue that we faced was the swimming pool is indoors and i guess ventilation has to be improved coz when you are in that room, your eyes get watery due to chlorine content in water. Otherwise good value for money and i recommend this hotel.

Don’t stay here! We upgraded to the executive suite to have an excellent room with lots of space. Lots of space we got, but the room was not excellent. The carpets were dirty, there was black hairs on our bedding and on the couches, the carpet along the windows was missing or lifted to where you can see the lining underneath, shower leaks every time you showered and it got all over the bathroom and made the floor slippery. The tile in the bathroom and shower was slippery (should be non slip), there was BLACK MOLD in the shower! Seriously! The king size bed had one thin blanket on it that was queen sized, so it didn’t even barely fit the bed, no sheet! The tv was only in the native language, couldn’t even put on English subtitles! They should have the TV set to English or at least be able to set subtitles. Windows were dirty inside and out, sinks in bathroom were too far from faucet so every time you used it water got every where! The list goes on.... don’t stay here! 2 stars

Die Zimmer sind super groß, ich hatte ein Zimmer fast ganz oben mit Mega Aussicht auf die Stadt, den Hafen und das Meer. Man schläft sehr gut. Das Frühstück Buffet war riesig hatte noch nie so große Auswahl. Einzig der Kaffe ist verbesserungswürdig, der war zu einfach. Der Pool ist auch sehr groß, sicher 15 Meter lang perfekt zum schwimmen bei ca. 26 Grad Wasser Temperatur. Das Fitness Studio war auch groß. Es gibt ein kostenlosen Parkservice was mich überrascht hat und super ist. Die Massagen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu teuer. Es ist auch noch ein Kasino im Hotel das wir auch nicht besucht haben.

Das Hotel befindet sich nicht allzuweit v.Zentrum. Direkt gegenüber dem Hafen,wo auch Nachts abgeladen wird,und mitunter kann es laut werden,wenn man eben die Meerseite hat,und das Fenster auf Kipp..Aber die Aussicht von oben auf die Stadt ist natürlich schön. Dass Restaurant ist zu klein,und man merkt,dass zu Stosszeiten das Personal gerade so noch zurecht kommt. Hier und wird gespart,es fehlt selbst an schwarzem Brot,wenn man etwas später kommt. Der Kaffee&Tee grauenhaft. Von der Auswahl des Essens kann man nichts schlechtes sagen,genügend v.allem da,Obst,Gemüse,und es wird sogar zubereitet auf Wunsch. Man kommt aber nicht immer schnell dran,wie gesagt,wenn man etwas später kommt. Wenn man aber tagsüber kommt,und irgendwas aus dem Menü bestellt,kann ich nur empfehlen.Lecker und nicht teuerer als in der Stadt. Dann ist das Restaurant wieder sauber,und es ist auch nicht so voll. Das Hotel hat auch,wie die meisten dieser Kategorie ein Casino.Deswegen muss man Acht geben,was da für ein Publikum verkehrt. Anscheinend achtet das Personal nicht gerade pingelig,weil da viele Betrüger unterwegs sind,Zigeuner &Co. Dass hinterlässt keinen prächtigen Eindruck. Das Fitness Raum,Sauna kann man auch nur bedingt empfehlen.

位置离缆车很近，离海边较远，不是特别方便去海边。员工大多数都挺热情的，服务也还可以，就是入住的房间没有备好洗漱用品，打了电话给前台才送上来。住了两晚含早餐，第二顿早餐去吃的时候又被工作人员弄错要单独收费，打电话给前台才解决了。总之就是有一些小毛病。早餐也比较一般，没有惊喜的感觉。

2018年8月17日17点到达酒店，发现酒店外有很多警察和电视台记者，一进门就被酒店服务人员拦住，说酒店有一个紧急情况，当地警察要求18点前酒店所有住客撤离，所以无法履行我们在Agod
