At first there is a mistake where i am given standard room. (I was booking superior.) But it was then quickly resolve and the process was very quick. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom looks old and need some renovation. But other than that it was very pleasant stay. I am very comfortable with the room and the wifi is good. There is no free water bottle provided but you can request water heater kettle. No more mini supermarket at ground floor (change to grill N steamboat restaurant). The brkfast was simple but its ok

hotel staff were very helpful and can understand/speak English. They also have Pinoy lobby receptionist so communication really went well. hotel has convenient store at the lobby area. convenient location and our room was spacious with big receiving area and functional kitchen.

this hotel has free pick up and drop off airport so make my visit very convenient, staff very ok, food ok and delicious, just walk to kampong aer, a lot of restorant nearby, but I like the cafe inside this hotel, all food are delicious. Fully recomended.

We love the location which is few mins walk to nearby kianggeh market. Then another walk to the city, taman SOAS, waterfront and eco corridor. Will stay here again some other time. The staffs were friendly and fast check in. Wifi in great speed. Thank you so much. Keep it up! 👍

It’s a budget hotel, even comes with airport pickup and breakfast. The location is central. You can walk to the not-so-many major tourist sites. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are tired and not spotless clean but this is a budget hotel.

We choose this hotel because of the location is at the center of BSB and its the cheapest compare to the other hotel in the area. So far the receptions are friendly, there is a cafe downstairs next to the reception and it is okay for finger foods, the kitchen and bathroom smells weird and old (musky), but the bedrooms and living room are fine. Overall it is an old hotel but convenient if only for one night stay.
