Great Location with High Standards”
I had a great stay at the Lowndes Hotel. It is perfectly located close to Sloane Street, Harrods and the Hyde Park. It maintains a very high standard in terms of service and rooms. The rooms are very luxurious although slightly small, but this is the standard size in London so do not expect large rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place to stay at.

the location of this hotel is perfect for shopping in london, walking distance to harrods and sloane street.. highly recommended for those who are into high end designer shopping! as for the room, they are considerably big for london's standard.. the staffs are really friendly and courteous too! condition of the room are alright. definitely one of the better one in london. plenty of restaurants choices around this area too! would definitely recommend this hotel to couple or family!

very helpful staff and good location”
the hotel rooms, staff performance, location and value (for 5 star hotel) was very good. however, to use the pool, sauna and other health/fitness facilities, you had to walk over to their sister hotel jumeirah carlton which was not very good.

superb location”
this hotel is located just off sloane street, which means its fantastic for high end designer shopping! it is also within walking distance to the ever famous harrods departmental stores! as for the rooms, they are considerably big for london hotels' standard. it's clean and adequate. as for the restaurants, there are tons around, ranging from chinese, japanese to italian! always something new to try. would definitely recommmend for anyone who like to shop and eat to stay at this hotel!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of London with easy access to public transport. The central location makes this an ideal place to stay and explore London. The rooms are quite small but furnished to a high standard and the house keeping team provide a great service. The receiption staff and conceirge are friendly and helpful.

small but clean”
the rooms were small but very clean and decent. the location is awesome with walking distance to sloane street and harrods and harvey nichols and a lot more.. everything was fine in the hotel. service was not superb but definitely acceptable.. all in all, we found it to be a hotel that we would visit again in the future.. would recommend to anyone who prefers a small but clean hotel in the knightsbridge area..

Small hotel with grate staff. Good location for shoppers. Good restaurant in the nabourhood. The gum was outstanding but in there sister hotel.

Exactly what we were looking for ”
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise. Everything was compact but the bed was a good standard and that's what you need at the end of a long day. Would have liked a kettle, fab coffee machine but as a tea drinker I has to run a lot of cups of hot water through it until I could make a cup of tea. Very central for shopping and plenty of cafes around and about for a wander for breakfast.

Great location but small bathrooms”
Great location, it was not too far from the underground which we used extensively. Being walking distance from Harrods was important. Room could have been larger but they were comfortable. Bathroom size was inconvenient. There was not enough space on the sink to put all the cosmetics and toiletries.
