Great Service, Big Rooms”
The Jungmun Village Hotel is a little out of the way, but the location is quiet and it's a great place for couples or families with children. The rooms are large and clean and the full-sized kitchens are great for a long stay. There's a bar and mini-market across the street, but reaching a restaurant will require transportation (buses 100 and 120 stop in front of the hotel). The staff was very accommodating and even drove us to a place to rent motorbikes. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A Superb nice n comfortable hotel though old ”
This is the best hotel experience I ever had, helpful staff though they know little English. If you tell them u need Wifi, they will take a Wifi Router to your room and plug it well and socket adaptor as well! A Living room with open kitchen is so nice and tidy. Giving me a sweet home feeling every night I travel tired outside. No Doubt the best is Balcony!!! Take a Deep Breath in the sunny morning or enjoy a silent nightview of Jungmun are also enjoyable! Not Expensive rate makes it so worthy to choose if I go Jeju once again!! (only bad thing is always need to call taxi to go out)

nice rooms and services but hard to reach”
my 7 friends and I were so excited for our first time visit to Jeju, and our rooms is so awesome! it's a family rooms that have one bed for two and extras futton and blanket for others, big space, kitchen facilities like a nice cute apartment, dining table for 4, and a clean bathroom. we've spend 3 days 2 nights and the staff allow us to check-in earlier because our room is available. we don't spend lots of time in the room except for after 6 so we don't know much about the staff here. well he can speak little english though. overall we might come here again for our stay but we will gonna need taxi tour service again because the place is kinda remote.

Very rewarding and relaxing weekend at Jeju”
The owner is exceptionally helpful for those of us who don't speak a lot of Korean. Very attentive. It's only a 5 minute ride from the hotel to the beach / grocery stores. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful but if you don't have transportation it'll become costly riding to and from everywhere (typical of Jeju so not a valid complaint, I know). There is nothing to eat nearby, so that's the crucial thing with transportation - make sure you get some food to cook at the restaurant if you plan to return there after a day at the beach! Really great hotel though and I can't stress enough how kind the owner was.

Great hotel and great service”
Great!!! This hotel is very close to many places (i.e. ICC, Botanic garden, museum).The owners are very nice. Although some of them cannot speak english, the woman who normally takes the day shift can speak english very well. Great local foods and environments. The hotel is very clean and the local people are very nice and friendly. The fifth floor has a great beach view. We had a great time there and definitely want to come back.

Nice clean korean style room, lovely people”
it was a very nice quiet hotel, the room was big and clean, with air conditioned, a little away from the buses and main attractions and no one spoke english, so it was difficult to comunicate, but besides that, the owner was extremely nice and always trying to help and to call a taxi. it is a mix of korean and occidental style, with low furniture in the bedroom and toilet, and normal furniture in the dinning room. no shoes where accepted inside of the room.

Pleasant stay but location is quite inconvenient”
Pleasant stay even though the owner does not speak English he is very helpful. He used the phone translator to assist in the translation to make sure he attended to our needs. Always available to call taxi for us when we want to move around Jeju.

Nice hotel but not in a convenient place”
This is a nice hotel in Jungmun area. Convenient for a family since it has kitchen and big rooms. But it is a little bit isolated with no good transportation. You will need car or taxi every time you go out.

We get the Korean style bedroom eventhough did not paid for it. We paid for two queen beds.”
Paid for a room with two queen beds but when we arrived, they told us to pay for extra bed which they did not state in the t&c. After a few arguement, they gave us Korean style bedroom(sleep on the futon) without any extra charge. After few days, the owner told us to move to another room because she already reserved our current room to other people. Why would they gave us the room from the start if they knew there are other people booked the room?? After we begged and state our reason of why we cannot move out, she said she wil come later. Luckily,the next day we all pretended like it was never happened. Overall, our stay was nice despite the earlier issues. Room was big, facilities were enough, view was great,but the wi-fi and hot water in the shower were unstable.

Nice, clean & family hotel”
Ideal for travelers who have a rental car. Every room has an ocean-facing balcony. No breakfast provided but very friendly staff to advise on the travel tips. Hotel has been repainted which looks more colourful and different from the agoda website.

"Double Suite Room" is completed with kitchen and cooking wares. There is a small store across the street where you can buy thing to cook. It is far away from the city as it takes 50min to 1 hour (depends on the weather) to reach the airport. But this hotel is near to several visitor's attraction such teddy bear factory, sex museum, etc.

The room is spacious, with kitchen and dining table to cook simple meal. Shops are 15 mins away from the Guesthouse, but the owner is willing to fetch us there. Lift is available.

Big room, clean and nice, but a little far away”
the room was nice and big, with a full kitchen, dining room and comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and nice although the barely spoke any english. however, the hotel lacked any facilities, even a restaurant to have breakfast. the worse was that it was in the middle of nowhere, you needed to call a cab to go everywhere.

Terrible hotel and bad location”
The building is super old and the inside of the hotel smells funky. The pictures defintely do not match up to the standards of the hotel at it's current state. Secondly, the hospitality of the hotel was terrible. The front desk people were barely there, we needed them to call a taxi in the morning for us so that we could catch our bus to the airport but they were no where to be seen. We had to walk across the street to another hotel and ask their front desk reception to call for us. Lastly, you are paying for the location to be close to Jungmun. However, realistically it is not very close to Jungmun and should not be charged at that rate. Definitely NOT WORTH the stay. They didn't even have actual sized towels, they only provided small thin towels for their guests.
