Perfect location ”
The location of Jury's is fantastic. It's walking distance to so many of Galway's many attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and professional. They've changed some things to help make the place safer and have all of the relevant information in the rooms and explain the changes upon check. The check-in and check-out was very quick and easy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect. I had a fab, comfy bed and lots of pillows! I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic location, very clean rooms. Beds very comfortable. Even the lovely touch of chocolates in the room. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold as well as good selection of fresh fruit. Only downside for me was the coffee was terrible (personal choice as I like good strong coffee). But would not let this put me off staying here next time in Galway

The location on the river is beautiful! Lovely view from a lot of the rooms. Right next to the Main Street with restaurants and pubs and right across from the Spanish arch. Be careful when booking with Agoda it does not include children on booking or this information is not sent to the hotel! So they were not included on the breakfast!! Happy with hotel, had good wifi and views. Same breakfast as other jury’s inn aka powdered eggs but not bad.

Excellent location and wonderful staff but very dated rooms. Vent in bathroom, grime in the sink hole and holes in the curtains. Rooms were also much too hot. Thankfully there was a fan that we had to use our entire time

No bar or restaurant ”
Despite falsely advertising on their website that they have a full bar and restaurant, there was only inroom dining available after 6pm, with just three options, starting at E14. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known there was no food or drink facilities. Very poor form.

We are returning guests because this hotel is in a great position in the nicest part of Galway. Very central for shopping and handy for night life. Lovely views too. Staff are very helpful and always try to give us our requested room. Hotel is spotlessly clean and with lovely welcoming foyer. Beds comfortable and decent sized flat screened telly with good channels. Good wifi. Radisson Blue hotels have mini -fridges in the bedroom. Would be great if Jurys provided that too!

Beautiful Hotel ”
This was our second trip to this Hotel we absolutely love the location staff room looking over the river beautiful to wake up to. My only complaint on this trip was the beer garden was full but the hotel ran out of Heineken and tonic water I thought for a top Hotel like Jurys the next day this would be sorted but it wasn’t so basically a bar with no beer
